But.. as I've run out of insurance allocation to come back.. I'll have to wait till at least next year. :/ The reasoning for the subtraction of 2 stars falls under the communication failure. I was told today, as I was scheduling my next visit.. that my allotted 30 visits were up. I should've known better, as this week I didn't get the automated message to come in. I wasn't even called when I missed Thursday. I also had a massage scheduled for today at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm.. I got to see the doctor, get treatment, sit in the massage chair.. then told "see you next week". Then, I was given the news I won't be coming back. Well, they could "give me a deal" if I decide otherwise. But it just felt cold and unwanting as I was given notice, the day I ran out. The deal is $100 per visit or $120 per visit with the massage. Seeing as I drive at least an hour out of my way to come here.. I won't be back unless I absolutely need to be. Besides not being given notice of running out or properly spacing out sessions, the doctors here are great. I'm sincerely, going to miss this venue as I just won't be back until January... Well, I might just forget them altogether or be too busy to come back. :( Miss you Dr. Song, Sang, and Oh. Also Rebecca and Brian my massage therapists. Ah, and can't forget Jake, I never see you, but you're great as well!

Her recommendation was an understatement. Customer Service: The employees here make you feel as if you were part of a family from the moment you enter. They're quick to get you into treatment and are knowledgeable in various areas. If you have a question, they have an answer. Facility: The facility has great lighting and state of the art technology. I've been to a chiropractic place before but none that utilized any of the tools the doctors used here. The new technology definitely expedited my treatment process. Last but not least, the assistants to the doctors here are great. If you have to cancel last minute they definitely work with your schedule. They also text your appointments to your phone! So if you have a million things going on like me, it's a huge convenience. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone involved in motor vehicle accidents, or anyone just looking to live a pain free lifestyle.

I enrolled in a one-year membership for myself and my husband on February 28, 2025. From the start, there were problems. Prices were increased without any notice--I only discovered this at the time of my appointment. I was also promised doctor-led reviews after bloodwork, which never occurred; instead, I only spoke briefly with a nurse practitioner and received generic recommendations. Additionally, after each visit, there was consistent pressure to purchase expensive add-ons, often supported by concerning claims such as exaggerated food intolerances, "gut permeability," or potential Lyme disease, which felt more like sales tactics than objective medical guidance. More concerning is a pattern of improper charges. I was repeatedly billed for "free" monthly IM booster shots and had to call every time to dispute the charges, often spending 20+ minutes just to reach someone. These recurring, unauthorized charges raise serious concerns about their billing practices. On February 3, 2026, Nava contacted me stating that our memberships had already expired, which was incorrect, as I clearly signed up on February 28, 2025. On that same call, I explicitly declined the offer to renew. Despite this, both memberships were still charged. Only one membership was fully refunded; the other was partially refunded. Nava claims I "used services" on February 28, 2026; however, on February 20 I was told to reschedule my February 21 appointment due to provider illness. I immediately rescheduled to the next available Saturday, February 28--the only day I could attend due to work and travel. This delay was entirely caused by Nava, and I should not be penalized for accepting the only option provided after my membership had ended. After reviewing other complaints, this reflects a broader pattern of billing and service issues. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining $200 and written confirmation that my membership is canceled with no further charges.

The waiting area was very busy and we were told all the patient rooms were full. A nurse came out to take my daughter's vitals. We were both seen shortly after and taken to patient area for care. Other than the wait to get my daughter's lab results, we were seen quickly and received excellent care from the doctors. The office staff and nurses there are very kind and polite, which is important for this type of clinic in the overall treatment of people who are ill.

He suggested we continue with the pain medicine in question. I refused, and he changed his note. 3. But then Turned visit about allergic reaction into a visit about pain. Her pain was controlled at 4/10 after wisdom tooth extraction with OTC meds 4. Refused to acknowledge annecdotal evidence about allergic reaction. Facial swelling that progressed to generalized swelling. Shortness of breath overnight. Itching. Treatment with antihistamines resulted in decreased swelling and resolving shortness of breath and itching. 5. Suggested heat pack on facial swelling after being made aware dentist clearly said ice only. 6. Stated that his decision to not acknowledge the allergy was because "later in life when she's in her 50's, and may possible need surgery, no one is going to prescribe her any pain medicine because of this allergy"--- (Actually! ANY healthcare professional such as myself who works in a hospital setting knows acknowledging an allergy or possible allergy and being cautious about future administration could actually save her life in the future) When told that i was a nurse and patient including myself just get a different medication, he then stated " well i wouldn't [prescribe pain medicine] "--- this is completely out of his scope of practice anyway as he is working in an urgente care facility. Those decisions are made by surgeons and anesthesiologists. And there is a consult prior to any procedure for such reason as history of allergic reaction, etc. There were so many things wrong with his rationale and attitude. He shouldn't even get 1 star at all. He will never treat my daughter or any of my family ever again! The rest of the staff, the nurse supervisor and the intake person were all very kind and allowed me to express my concern.
