It is bouldering only (no ropes, all climbing is no more than 3M high with thick padded floors), quite a large space and around 200 routes / problems. The route-setting and problems were good quality. The staff was nice, prices were reasonable and the space was big enough that it want crowded with a good number of people, ranging from kids to strong climbers.

The hotel refused to apologize, stood their ground that it's ok for some guests to eat in the yard but not others, and they can enforce on whoever they like. The Dylan should be ashamed and are an insult to the location's history of feeding the poor and elderly. Shame on them and shame on the general manager for refusing to even apologize. Seems their empathy is reserved for elderly, white guests. If you are against classism and racism, don't support this business.
