I came here to meet with Dr. Nguyen. I made an appointment with the office a week before. The office staff was okay. They looked hectic and busy. I came in 15 mins earlier than my actual appointment to fill out new patient papers. I waited 10 mins before I got called in. Dr. Nguyen took time to listen, ask questions and explain my issues and symptoms. She is very caring and professional doctor that took the time to explain everything. Why bother having a medical practice if you don't want to see any patients? I'll go somewhere else and forego the additional headache.
