This contractor does not have a license, and he lies about his capabilities. He provides low estimates to secure the job but continually adds costs and requests more payment. His work is unprofessional, and his ethics are questionable. He frequently shows up late, is often absent from the site, and sends someone else who only works for 2-3 hours a day. The promises he made were not fulfilled: He only partially leveled the field, promising to finish when preparing the sub-base for the artificial turf. He dug only half of the trench. He never installed the drainage system or grass. Usually, you pay for work completed, but this contractor demands payment upfront. If things go wrong, you will lose your money. Overall, his unprofessionalism and unreliability are not worth the hassle. Look elsewhere for your landscaping needs. Just so you know, this contractor scammed me out of $4300 for the work shown in the pictures. He lied, made falae promises, and said anything he could to get the money upfront. Then he didn't complete the jobs and tried to extort more money.
