The whole process was a nightmare which took months. We had since dropped our membership with the warranty company. The heating element went out again, prompting us to search for another repair company. We had another tech give us an estimate and was not happy due to the part being backlogged. Finally we're we're referred to Poweron. I called after business hours and spoke with Lester. He listened to our concerns and immediately went to work trying to locate this back ordered part. Within minutes he located the part, the last one in Houston, and scheduled a service call to our residence the next day. Lester was on time, extremely knowledgeable and offered by far the best customer service we have had to date with an appliance repair company. Lester and Gary handled our oven with care, noted that it was missing some hardware and addressed that as well. They are not the cheapest, and I know I could have found the part for cheaper, but he took time to go and pick this part up, and I know it is warrantied through Poweron. I do not mind paying a markup for convenience, customer service and knowledge. We found out later that Lester and Gary were the owners of the company. I highly recommend this company and will ensure they service ALL of our appliances when needed.
