He arrived on-site and assessed the situation and issues, and made the corrections due to a bad install. He needed to order a part and advised he would be back the following week. The following week, he called to advise he had the part and soon arrived and fixed up our new stove. Kevin knows his stuff and made it look easy. I was afraid we had received a lemon. Luckily, some things were disconnected and a wrong orifice used. He was aware of these gotchas and now we love our new red stove.
