Despite the…read morewebsite showing it was open we were "greeted" by Brad who I assume is the owner based on the FB photos. he was as rude as they come and said they were closed, with no further explanation . we exited through the adjacent antique shop where he came after us, basically shoved us out the door, slammed the door and locked it behind us. We are in our 60's, not exactly threatening and there was absolutely no reason for him to be that rude. This business will not last. we won't be back and will be sure to spread the word to everyone we know not to support this shop.

On this particular day it looked liked there was one lone employee behind the counter. This meant everyone was to order at one of the various kiosks. I waited my turn for a good 4-5 minutes without realizing there was another unoccupied kiosk to my right. Whoops, wish there was someone there to tell me. The selection here is vast, not Cheesecake Factory menu vast, but it may come close including the level of customization. There are so many options, that it is helpful to have an employee to bounce questions off of. It's easy to make mistakes, and honestly, I think that's exactly what I did.
