We are in our 60's, not exactly threatening and there was absolutely no reason for him to be that rude. This business will not last. we won't be back and will be sure to spread the word to everyone we know not to support this shop.

Instead of simply acknowledging that my drink had been missed, I was made to feel like somehow the mistake was my fault. I was then told the drink was being given to me "for free," when I had already paid for my order. I called afterward because I felt the way I was treated needed to be addressed. I was told they were sorry, and I appreciate the apology. But I'm still disappointed because I don't feel the situation was really made right. I'm sharing this because I genuinely like coming here and have been a regular customer. I hope someone in management sees this, because customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're the problem when the business makes a mistake. I would have much rather heard, "I'm so sorry, we missed your drink," than have the situation turned around on me. I'm not looking to be difficult. I just think regular customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, especially when something goes wrong.
