What should have been a quick stop then turned into over an hour. I ordered a smoothie and breakfast tacos, and even the smoothie took a while to come out. I finished the entire drink before my food even arrived. After about 30 minutes, I checked in with the staff and was told it was due to "miscommunication" and that someone was new, while the person who took my order was in the back on the phone. I had to repeat my order multiple times, specifically asking for no hot sauce and no salad. Despite that, after another 15 minutes, the tacos finally came out incorrect, with both hot sauce and a salad, and they were lukewarm, not hot. To make matters worse, the smoothie itself wasn't properly blended. What stood out most is that they weren't particularly busy, just a light morning crowd. I've been to the Tomball location when it was much busier, and the service there was still fast and attentive, which set a high expectation. Overall, the experience didn't match the premium pricing. I truly hope this location improves, but based on this visit, I wouldn't return to this one.

Definitely the pick-me-up I needed! And can we talk about how beautiful this coffee was?! It had these gorgeous two-toned layers, with the espresso on top and that beautiful purple color at the bottom. It almost looked too pretty to drink... almost. The staff was super nice, friendly and welcoming. I also loved how much thought they put into the space. They have a cute doggy rest area, a little garden with plants, and an adorable kids' play area with an Indian teepee, a little ship and a playhouse. It's more than just a coffee shop.
