Cheap, fresh, and delicious!! This is a hidden gem. I had shrimp and catfish. They were sooo good! The cole slaw was the best I have ever had, crispy and tangy. My hubs got shrimp, potatoes, and corn. He said it was delicious. It had a little zip to it, but not hot. (He got mild). He absolutely loved the corn. The drinks are in cans, but they also sell some beer. Free refills on soda. They sell seafood and seasoning. It's a bit divey. There are several tables with checkered tablecloths. Stumbled upon this great place in Cleveland, TX. Food was great, seasoned perfect. Had boiled crawfish & boiled shrimp. They even give you a REAL warm wet wash cloth to clean your crawfish seasoned hands. Fantastic. Only wish they were closer to home. read more

Tried out Santos seafood in search of good crawfish and shrimp, the shrimp was delicious while the crawfish lacked flavor, over all the place was very clean the staff was helpful, attentive and nice. Will go back to try other seafood but will not be getting crawfish anymore. read more

We tried Santos because a neighbor heard about their cheap prices. Well, the old saying that you get what you paid for holds true. We went with the neighbors. They ordered the catfish special that was $6.99. You get plenty of food but it was very bland and lacked seasoning. The crunchy breading was nice but no salt or any spices. The hushpuppies just tasted like plain cornbread...again no spices at all. I had the boiled crawfish. Not good at all. They were spicey enough but very rubbery and cold. They tasted like they were cooked in dirty water and partially cooked in advance then warmed up when I ordered. The boiled potatoes were somewhat undercooked and the corn was cold. The service was slow even though the place wasn't busy. Even had to go to the counter to ask for more tea. If you're looking for cheap food go to McDonalds. It will be better than Santos. Santos seafood is back! It is once again serving freshly cooked delicious seafood. The buffet is gone and this is a great thing! They have daily specials for $6.99 and the rest of the seafood plates are still very reasonably priced. I tend to get the daily special with 6 shrimps, 4 fish and a side of fried rice. The mini egg rolls are delicious as are the frog legs, grilled shrimps and mahi mahi. Oh, and let's not forget the crawfish!! It's the best place in town for boiled crawfish! It's quickly becoming one of our local favorites. Give them a try!! read more

Im sorry I have to redo my review after eating crawfish here 3 times, the 1st time was great....loved every bite, the second time they were ok, but not much more than ok, but last night they were horrible, dry, rubber like, nothing to suck on and poor flavor. They were covered in MSG and garlic powder (why use powder when minced garlic or cloves are so cheap??) in fact there was so much MSG, I went into their restroom because I couldn't keep them down. No price brake for a large order 10lbs or more. I can hammer thru crawfish with my wife, but we only ate 5 out of 10lbs......took the rest home and after tasting them today again...I just thru them away....$34.95 in the trash. I feel bad about leaving this review, because I Know the owners and they are great people.....but it was just that bad. Sorry read more

This Place is Amazing!!!!!, We live just SE of Kansas City, MO. And Love our fish and mud bugs, Travelling here for work and in the area for a couple of days, heard about Santos from Google, and decided to walk over from our HIE, and fell in love with the whole place, the Servers are AWESOME, The Crawfish is the BEST, even better than what we had in LA. The service here wasn't bad and that's what I gave 2 stars for, but the cook wasn't the best... I'm not one to bash or what ever but spending $50 for crawfish I was hoping it'd at least be okay... the cook literally used Garlic, and Tony's in the crawfish.. a lot of the crawfish was dead and it had little bit of flavor.. even the people behind us had issues with their crawfish, and sent it back to the cook because the crawfish had absolutely no spice or good flavor. The crawfish was bad and it wasn't worth $50 what so ever. Sorry Santos you won't get our business again. Now the waitresses and host were very nice. No complaints there. (If it helps any on the cook on the shift we went in the evening around 6 or 7) read more

Crawfish is great. Spiced just right, nice size. Service is ok. The thing that wasn't good is napkins....yes napkins. They only give you a few at s time and with crawfish you need a ROLL of paper towels. Oh and the sausage is nasty-Echrich brand...yuck! read more
