This one's for the coffee snobs--the scale-carrying, V60-owning, flavor-note-reading crowd who knows the difference between a good shot and a "meh" one. If you're the kind of person who notices when espresso is a few seconds off or when milk texture misses the mark, you'll feel seen here. I work at this shop, and let me just say: we don't mess around when it comes to coffee. Every morning, we dial in our espresso with intention--tasting, adjusting, and weighing every shot to make sure it's balanced and beautiful. We use scales on bar (yes, every time), and we actually care about things like yield, time, and water temp. It's a science and an art, and we're proud of that. Come in, chat with us, ask questions--we love talking shop and geeking out with fellow coffee lovers!

We were passing by Cleveland and decided to stop by. Cute little coffee shop. Staff were friendly. Coffee/lattes were a little sweet for my liking but I would try again! Favorite part was that it was a Christian atmosphere with music playing, quiet, plenty of seating -- we loved that!!

Want to know how to kidnap me...yep Glory and Grind drinks. Seriously though, I'm a big coffee drinker, most of the time I opt for coffee at home (Free Rein Coffee for the win) but sometimes I just want a "FrouFrou" drink and most coffee joints are just mid when it comes to those. Glory and Grind have the best "FrouFrou" Coffee drinks that I've ever had. The Tres Leches Blended is top tier, as is the "Biscoff Blended". The Cinnamon Apple Bagel is also where it's at too!! The shop is clean, trendy, and minimalistic. The staff is attentive and super kind. If you are driving through Cleveland, TX make sure you stop by Glory and Grind Coffee!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Heading up 59 on a Monday for a work trip, coffee crossed my…read moremind and YELP suggested this spot. Boy I'm glad they did! The moment you walk in here, you'll be surrounded by antique furniture and exhibits in a clean environment with oldies doo-wop music playing in the background. Sets the tone for you to relax and enjoy the moment. As for the menu, they serve all the typical coffee items along with breakfast/lunch sandwiches and handhelds including breakfast tacos/burritos. They also have blue bell ice cream scoops for sale. I'd expect nothing less being in the state of Texas! Staff-wise, they are polite and helpful with explaining all the coffee/food options and answering your questions. Being my first time here, I went with an iced latte w/ sugar-free irish cream and also ordered a sausage breakfast taco. The latte was very refreshing, you could tell it was made with love. The breakfast taco was actually two tacos and comes with some green and red salsa. These were quite filling and tasty. I ate them in the car but I should've eaten them in the store so I could marvel at the artifacts and antiques displayed. But I didn't want to be late for my work destination. If you're passing through the Cleveland area on 59, this is a hidden gem that's worth checking out, whether you like coffee or not!

They have a machine you might find in a hotel that lets you pick what kind of coffee drink the machine will make for you. Was hopping for real coffee cup but did not get one. The food was not good.
