They often seem to be short on cars or waiting for them to come in and then quickly cleaning them out for a fast turnaround. Most cars I've gotten have been decent, but not always perfectly clean. Considering the size of the location and the staff, I guess you can't expect too much. The lobby is small with a few chairs on each side, but even the chairs and floors, the day I went, could use some cleaning. Just don't be in a hurry when visiting this location.

Jason was top knotch to work with from the start to finish. He was prompt with responding to inquiries, changes of our reservation time(s). He was so accomodating and wanted to ensure that his driver would take care of them since they (grandparents) were being picked up from an assisted living complex.
