Communication with staff was great. Kimberly endured my endless questions with kindness. Transport company was also great. Our baby girl arrived yesterday in happy and healthy condition, her attitude was jubilant. We were worried the transport would traumatize her (33 hours in a truck). She is bounding around as we speak, squeaking her new toy, digesting the best treats we could buy and make. Corridor did a great job with Prudence and if you are thinking of adopting from them, do so. They do great work.

Our dog died…read more Unfortunately, I have to share the poor experience had this week at Grasshoff Veterinary Clinic. This poor review doesn't apply to the staff. They are wonderful. Have been wonderful, and are the reason we've come back time and time again. Spending ten's of thousands of dollars. This is about the OWNER, the Veterinarian, Dr. Grasshoff. My girlfriend has been going to this vet well over 8 years. The loving and nurturing staff, led by Salena are amazing. While being boarded, our dog had 2 seizures. Out of nowhere. We brought them a healthy dog, however, without the insight of paying for an autopsy, no one knows what happened. A litany of tests were run as we were encouraged to come quickly as they didn't think our beloved dog would make it. Well, she didn't. She was a good dog. A really really good dog. With no clear answers to give us comfort, you would think the Veterinarian my girlfriend has been seeing for almost 8 years would get a hug, a hand held, an affectionate "I'm sorry". She got none of it. Instead, we got an attitude of "I have other things to do". I dare not question her abilities, I'm sure MEDICALLY, our dog was given superb care, and every opportunity to live. But I do question her ability to CARE. I walked in the room, with our teary eyed kids to our dead dog on a table, wrapped in a blanket and witnessed an individual who's lost touch with her client base. Empathy goes a long way. Especially for those hurting. Especially when you lose your buddy. Thank you Salena, Debra, and Nicole for loving our baby like we did. It means a-lot.

They have recently got a new Veterinarian who has been incredibly kind and caring. - Dr. Felder, has been a real blessing taking care of my dog, she takes genuine time with her, feeling around, examining everything, it really seems like she has the best care for my Layla in mind. She really does take the extra effort to go above and beyond for us. The staff has been more than friendly, communicative & supportive. Very welcoming each and every time I come in; they also follow up regularly to check in and see how my dog is doing even after post care. Amazing clinic.

No luck! We agreed to foster and she completed a basic screening and offered assistance with vaccinations and arrangement to have the dog neutered. We will foster the dog until a suitable family is found. Her communication has been great and we sincerely appreciate her help for these animals that are left on the streets.

I will say she got attached to me pretty quickly. She was terrified of a lot of things and people especially kids. But the next day she started to growl at my granddaughter when she was loud or even when she was running around. And she also snapped at my daughter if she got to close to me. If I didn't have 4 grandchildren that come over a lot. I would have worked with her. I ended up giving her back. I gave them all the information what happened and I got yelled at and said I didn't give her a chance and every rescue dog is like this. Now I have rescues, my daughter has a rescue and my mom has 2. Not all are like that. So obviously I know not every rescue dog is like this. I tried to explain that I can not do any fear aggressive dog bc of my grandkids. I will not take that chance. As a professional she should have understood that she was not the right fit and needs to go to a home with no young kids and nothing really loud. I was already sad that she wasn't going to work out and felt guilty. By yelling at me, she made feel worse about this and put me in tears. I just wish she understood I couldn't take this chance around my grandchildren. And by my 30 something years of experience I don't think she would have gotten over her fear with people. She would hide behind me and growl and at one point snap. She just really needs to be worked with and socialized with people. I am writing this review just because I got yelled for returning the pup the next day. No rescue should ever do this. Even when you disagree.

We've now visited three times. Once for labs, once for neuter, and again for a checkup after heartworm injections. Each time our foster was met with love and treated with care. With each visit I think the staff became more comfortable with him and our care for him, so our last was our best. They seem to offer services beyond veterinary care, training for example, and the property is beautiful. I'm sure I'll continue to bring fosters their way and at this pace, I can see our family bringing our own pup!

The treatment they provided him was spot on and he is doing extremely well and is a very happy puppy. We have also used champion wood on two occasions for boarding while vacationing and the care he has received has been amazing. The 1st time we left him for boarding obviously he was very skittish and nervous however on his 2nd visit he was very excited as I think he had made many new friends. The doctors and the staff are fantastic very knowledgeable and they genuinely care about your pets. I cannot say enough about champion wood and would definitely recommend them to anybody seeking veterinarian services and/or boarding.
