My partner was in a very difficult situation where she had to sell a house she owned with an ex who died in the home itself. It was on the verge of bankruptcy, years behind on mortgage, and in a state of disrepair. It was an unimaginably difficult sell, but he was able to do it, even taking a haircut to ensure my partner made a sufficient profit. Keep in mind, this was all during a time of economic hardship, inflation, and rising interest rates. To sell such a troubled property, for a profit, and negotiating a deal that works for all parties involved is a testament to his adroit skill as a realtor. As a person, he's great, as well. We weren't always the easiest clients to work with, but he's always patient and professional. Many realtors undoubtedly would have given up and moved on due to the incredibly stressful circumstances and a long, drawn-out, 8 month long process, but he carried on until the very end. If he can sell a dilapidated home on the verge of foreclosure, for a large profit, in spite of a struggling economy with high interest rates, then there is no property he can't sell. You can't go wrong with him.

He helped me get out of my lease when I outgrew it by having professional interior and drone photos. Kevin connected me with Anas Atfi with Loan Depot for pre-approval and killer loan rates. Kevin also opened possibilities when I wanted a 3 bedroom but the inventory was really low and there were 10 offers on everything. Kevin confirmed zoning, set me up with contractors and got me in an amazing school district for my kids. I wouldn't have considered the area or home without everything he taught me throughout the process. Now I'm not house broke and I can create the master suite and ADU of my dreams!

I met him on a sporadic, unplanned move to LA with no place to live, no car and no real understanding of how the real estate market differed from everywhere else I've ever lived (London, Malaysia, Michigan, Chicago, NYC). Luke was able to listen to my bottom-line and desired needs in a dwelling and deliver within a few weeks a promising list of opportunities of which I was able to settle into an above-par dwelling with minimal hassle. How do you choose a broker to sell your home?  The guy with the impressive bar graphs and handouts…read moreand comps?   The woman with 15 years' experience, very media savvy who would get your home all over social media?  Or Jeff the Strategist?   I asked him the "value" of our home.  "You're not gonna like my answer.  It's what a buyer offers and you accept."   Of course, he was correct.  He said that buyers nowadays immediately know when a home comes on the market in their price range.  So he suggested pricing it to attract those buyers with a plan to get multiple offers. We chose Jeff due to his experience dealing with multiple offers, how to attract them, how to leverage them against each other.  He explained his strategy in simple terms.  It made complete sense to us.  By pricing our home below what we considered its value, we got three viable offers, each of them over our list price, and one all-cash offer wayyy over our list price.   We countered the all-cash offer at $100,000 over our listed price and the buyer accepted.  Our home went on the market on a Friday and we had a signed contract the following Thursday.  Escrow closed 20 days later. Our home sold for more than any other home in our development.  We attribute that to Jeff's savvy and his experience in dealing with the home buying/selling experience.  One broker asked him "what would it take" for us to accept their offer.  He immediately called me and we discussed "what it would take."  Jeff's response to the broker exemplified his poker playing skills:  "Make them an offer that will blow them away."  We are happy and give Jeff 10 stars and recommend you call him!  He is low key, won't tell you what to do, and will help you get the most possible money for your home!
