But that is exactly how it was with Bruce. His equipment is top-notch -- Sound, lighting, etc. His attitude is warm and friendly and his song list is AMAZING. He showed up when he said he would (2 hours prior to go time for set-up). He takes care of everything. He brings pens, song slips, multiple song books by artist and song title... and he works a great rotation. He seems to really enjoy what he does. Our party was extremely happy with Bruce and we definitely will book with him again for another event. Very professional.

Our venue had very poor cell service, which made coordinating a surprise performance a bit tricky--but Rigo went above and beyond. He even called ahead of time to make sure he had the exact location and understood where he needed to be so everything would go smoothly. Despite the challenges, they showed up right on time, patiently waited for the perfect moment, and completely made the bride's day. It was such a special surprise, and they executed it flawlessly. On top of that, they played an extra song so the couple could have a first dance moment--which wasn't even planned--and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of the night. They played everything we asked them to and were very interactive with the crowd. MC and band all in one. Not everyone at our party spoke Spanish, but that didn't even matter. Everyone enjoyed it. They accompanied my 13-year old niece singing "El Rey" as well as my cousin who sang some Selena songs. We danced so much that a few days later we are still trying to recover.
