However, when I found myself in need of outstanding legal council regarding my mother's estate, I was recommended to Keith Staubus by another attorney, who admitted that my situation required someone highly specialized in estate litigation and probate matters. When I first called Keith to discuss my case, I was immediately put at ease by his calming voice, and thoughtful questions. He recommended that I come in that very afternoon, which I did. Upon meeting him, I felt reassured that this was someone who really had my best interests at heart. Looking over my mother's will and related papers, it took him about 2 minutes to poke three gaping holes in the legality of how my family was attempting to handle her stated wishes.
