I first used Household Electric many years ago upon the recommendation of my daughter and I have always found John, the owner, and his team (Mark and Troy) to provide excellent service. At that time, John wired for a wall tv in my living room so I wouldn't have any wires hanging from behind the TV. In 2014, they did a fairly big remodel job at my house, which included all new CAM lights in my living room, master bath and kitchen, hanging numerous light fixtures throughout the house, pendants over kitchen counter, under mount kitchen cabinet lights, numerous dimmer installs, bathroom fan, electric towel warmer in master bathroom and other jobs. John is very professional and his prices very reasonable. He tells you exactly when he will be on the job and is always on time, considerate of cleaning up afterwards, polite and the quality of his work is of the highest standards. Today, Troy came back because one of the under cabinet string of lights was dim and needed to be re sautered. He did this without charge which was greatly appreciated. We recently replaced our whole house fan. The original unit was about 25 years old and was very loud when we ran it. John was recommended by a friend, and we were very happy with his service. During the consultation, he informed us of the process so we knew what to expect during installation. John was very professional and efficient throughout the entire process. During installation, he observed a problem with our air conditioning unit in the attic and recommended we have it checked. Thanks to his observation, we were able to prevent serious damage by having the unit checked and fixed. We would not have been aware of the problem had John not pointed it out.
