After not having any locksmiths in my local area we called RD's and requested that they be there when possible. Sure enough, less than 2 hours later they showed up ready. We had only needed in the house but soon realized that two locks were going to need replaced the night of, due to the locks being very old! Rick and John gave great value for time and money by sticking to their original cost and staying to install the two new locks. They even cut new keys for the locks on the spot, which was very helpful and took out a step on my end. I'd recommend them in the case of an emergency or non-emergency, as their work and customer service are top tier!

On both occasions fowler was professional, predictable, helpful, effective and kind, with reasonable charges for their services. Most recently we had them install a new whole house humidifier. They did a great job. Steve was informative and helpful. Our new humidifier works perfectly. And their workspace was immaculate when they departed. They have my highest recommendation. I am perplexed by the negative review given by one of the other posters. His experience could not be farther from my own. My guess is that poster's relentless, cruel, and angry review has much more to say about the person who made the post than it has to say about the quality of the service Fowler has to offer. At one time or the other, I have had the opportunity to work with all three heating and cooling companies here in Marion. I have received courteous, professional and competent help from each of them. Fowler is certainly no exception.
