Technically it was after the warranty ran out, but he didn't even hesitate to stand behind his work and do the right thing. I didn't! The only problem causing my floor to drop several inches was due to faulty washing machine taps that had been leaking for years behind the wall. At first I thought he was very honest, was I ever wrong. And to top it off a used hot water tank was replace by mine which was in excellent condition. How Will Sisk pointed out I needed a new tank was to turn the water valve up to make it look like it was leaking. I didn't think at the time but if my tank had been leaking that much my water bill would have been hundreds a month. Why he would do this I don't know, just plain greed as I was already paying him over $600 to lift my floor back to where it is suppose to be. Whatever he did, I also don't know, but my floor is still sagging. When I asked him about it he said it was caused by the build up of the glue when putting glue down to replace the linoleum, but is safe not to cave in. Pure greed, he could have only gotten $200 more after splitting the $1600 with Arview. He professed to being a Christian, what does that tell you? Hypocrite! Burns Builders is currently converting my attic space. While working on this project, the team found a slow carbon monoxide leak from my water heater which was venting out of my chimney. They also discovered that my electrical fuse box was not properly grounded. They have been diligent in ensuring that my house is safe and in compliance with code. This company is not one to take shortcuts. They truly take their time, pay attention to detail and keep the cost at a minimum.

I used Kreative Kitchens & Bath for a full cabinet installation. The initial installation had…read moreseveral problems (one door significantly misaligned, one door that didn't open properly, a whole set of drawers without the correct soft-close gliders, and another drawer set that didn't open without a lot of muscle). I immediately let my concerns be known, and they said they'd come fix it in a couple of days and for me to leave payment on the counter. I informed them I wouldn't pay until the work is completed to my satisfaction. The insisted the work would be done and for me to pay without inspecting the work. The vendor then got argumentative with me. The rework was then done on a Friday and I informed them I'd be back in town to inspect it the upcoming Monday, which they again got upset with. They implied I was trying to stall payment. I went there Monday and they didn't leave my key in the agreed upon spot, and then they blamed me for not having a back-up key and again I'm trying to install payment. I asked where my key was, and they had no clue. They didn't seem that was a big deal that my key was missing. They next day they suddenly remembered they left my key on the crawl space ledge, but didn't bother to tell me, and for me to go inspect it right away and pay right away. I inspected things the next day, and they weren't perfect but I paid right away. They made this whole experience unpleasant 1. with their initial quality issues. 2. by accusing me I'm trying to scam/delay them on the installation job, which made me upset and was ridiculous. I would never use Kreative Kitchens & Bath again nor would I recommend them. Their communication and accusations were bizarre and unprofessional.

These guys did, and did a fantastic job at that! They found other little things that were done incorrectly and fixed those too. Really appreciate finally having a house that doesn't make me angry every time I drive up. Fair price, competent work. Will definitely hire again.
