I set an alarm to make sure I was up when they arrived. I waited until 8:30 and messaged them again. The response was, "I'm sorry I forgot about you". I was they would drop by later that afternoon and do the repair. I asked for an approximate time and never got a response. I stuck around the house the rest of the day and never saw or heard from them again. If you're looking for someone dependable, this not your company.

It was, it is and we are breathing a sigh of relief. The roof and new gutters were quickly torn off and installed in 2 days and look magnificent. Nathan met the adjuster while I was out of town, managed all the work to replace the roof and siding/paint, then went far beyond the call of duty to match custom Victorian trim that had to be cut by hand. His insights into the extent of damage was 100% accurate when the claim came through and the construction crew's restoration work extremely diligent (with remarkable attention to detail on a Victorian house). Even with numerous weather problems, and navigating yard landscaping, Harry Carter far exceeded all expectations and repair timing. Can't say enough good about these guys.
