Technically it was after the warranty ran out, but he didn't even hesitate to stand behind his work and do the right thing. Nathan met the adjuster while I was out of town, managed all the work to replace the roof and siding/paint, then went far beyond the call of duty to match custom Victorian trim that had to be cut by hand. His insights into the extent of damage was 100% accurate when the claim came through and the construction crew's restoration work extremely diligent (with remarkable attention to detail on a Victorian house).
