Bad desheding leaving her with patches.
    Gaby H.

I took my husky there for a spa bath and desheding. She wasn't fully cleaned and still wet not dry at all wet face and body wet, smells like wet dog. She also came back scared like they did something to her. Never going there again. Worse desheding job ever groomer are suppose to leave a dog comfortable and beautiful they didn't at the lodi location. They have a Fairfield that does a way better job.

I can't recommend Nancy at Know Your Dog Training highly enough…read more After doing extensive research to find the right trainer, I'm so glad I found Nancy. From the beginning it was clear that she has a deep understanding of dogs and brings a calm, confident, and professional approach to everything she does. My dog Kane completed a training program with her, and I was extremely impressed with the experience and the results. Nancy takes the time to truly understand each dog and provides the kind of structure, guidance, and consistency that helps dogs thrive. Since then, Nancy has also become my trusted go-to whenever I travel. Knowing Kane is in her care gives me tremendous peace of mind. He always comes home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. What really sets Nancy apart is the level of attention and personalization she provides. This isn't a typical boarding situation -- she genuinely gets to know the dogs she works with and creates a thoughtful, structured environment for them. Nancy is trustworthy, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. I'm very grateful I found her and would recommend Know Your Dog Training without hesitation to anyone looking for a skilled trainer or a safe, reliable place for their dog while they're away.

Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place…read more I wanted to give this place a 5-star review however after paying for more than $1750 and a few months of onboarded training, as well as a few months of in-home follow-up visits, my dog was still not trained. I tried to schedule additional home visits with the trainer but first, he had excuses to not come over and after a few more times he stopped replying to my messages.

I scheduled an evaluation on Monday, December 6th, 2021 for Wednesday, December 8th, 2021 at 4:00 pm. I did this through their website on their automated calendar system. The slot for 4:00 pm was available. I received two automated emails that my appointment was confirmed. My husband and I took off of work. On December 8th, 2021 we arrived with our doggy. The worker came out and explained that our session was canceled by Emily because she had a dinner party to go to. The worker explained only Emily could do the evaluation, and we would have to come back another day. She stated Emily would reach out to me on how to move forward. On December 9th, 2021 Emily did reach out to us and this is when I began to become suspicious. Instead of Emily looking to reschedule with us, she sent us a thank you email for attending the evaluation. All of you can obviously guess the scam here. She wants to secure her $100 by claiming she delivered a service she never did. This email was not automated and from Emily as we would begin a long thread of arguments. The end game for us was to return our $100 since she was borderline committing a theft by deception. Emily claimed she was at an organizational dinner-party that happens once a year. Emily believed since she had called once that morning to cancel that was satisfactory and the fact I missed the call was my problem. It was less than 8 hours notice. Emily also claimed since I was complaining about not receiving the service she didn't want to work with my kind. It's pretty obvious Emily intended on stealing our $100. If she is the CEO and founder, she knew her holiday dinner-party was already scheduled and that she wouldn't be available for our appointment. She made no attempts to genuinely reach me after two days of the service being scheduled. And after just one email she stated she wouldn't evaluate my dog. Also, she explained when I stated I would seek a chargeback, that she has plenty of experiences with these situations and that it would be very hard to get my money back and "good luck." Continuing with the deceiving trend, her website states she is BBB certified but if you check this website she clearly is not. Emily is a liar all in all and doggy owners: BEWARE!!!!! Do not bring your dog there. Now that I'm doing more research it's a horror. Many reviews claim their dogs were traumatized or became sick while being in her custody. I know the claim there is three sides to a story. I have attached screenshots of the conversation so you all can be the judge.

I have been taking my dog, Hudson, here for almost three years now, and he absolutely loves it. I can tell the staff genuinely loves him too. He's a bit rambunctious, so I always worry he might be too much, but they always reassure me that he's doing just fine, lol. He gets so excited every time we pull up, and he always comes home happy and full of zoomies before passing out from exhaustion. Hudson has a chicken allergy, and they are great about letting me know what's in the treats. They also have no problem feeding him the food I send with him, and they always let me know if he finished his dinner or not so I know to fed him when I get home. I've boarded him overnight there two or three times as well, and every experience has been pleasant. I've never had any issues and always feel confident that he's in good hands. The facility is very clean, and Hudson never comes home smelling like he's been around other dogs all day, which is a huge plus. The owner, Roman, is incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and always takes the time to answer my questions. I also love being able to check in on the cameras and see firsthand how well they care for my baby. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and caring place for their dog. I always feel comfortable leaving Hudson there for the day and know he's having the best time

I called to dispute and Roman(?) apathetically told me they will not refund my money due to miscommunication on their end and feel free to write a one star review. I will no longer be bringing my dogs to this location.
