The electrician who arrived was prompt, polite, and very professional to interact with on-site. I was billed a flat-rate "Diagnostic and minor repair" package, which states it includes the labor and potential replacement of basic components like a breaker or GFCI outlet. The entire job took under two hours. I appreciate the polite demeanor of the technician.

The problem was a straightforward bathroom sink leak that required a basic P-trap replacement. It was highly visible, very easy to diagnose, and the repair was not complex or over the top. While I understand companies have overhead and trip fees, charging over $600 for a minor, routine fix feels excessive. The quality of the physical work was a 4, but the value for the price is a 1.
