I soon found out that Dean is a personal stylist there and he does a fantastic job connecting with people and helping them find the perfect pair of glasses. You can really tell he enjoys his job! The only odd ball of the group is Alan, one of the opticians. He's one of those "one of these things is not like the other". They sat me down with him so he could input my info, and it was like talking to an automation machine. To be honest, it doesn't seem like he fits with the culture there.
