Sooooooo amazing…read more This gym seriously checks all the boxes. First off--really awesome classes here. Like, not just filler classes... actual good workouts that leave you feeling it. The space itself is super CLEAN with a really nice aesthetic. It's big, doesn't feel cramped, and there's a huge variety of options--everything from classes to hydro massage, red light, tanning, etc. You can literally make a whole self-care day out of being here. I'm obsessed with the Studio Red class--major asskicker in the best way. Total sweat factory you will walk out drenched but feeling accomplished. Today I tried the new infrared heated yoga flow with Keli and wow... complete heaven. Such a good balance of challenging and relaxing. I left feeling reset. No need to lug around a mat ! they have plenty to use & assigned numbered spots for you and your mat - Huge perk. Honestly, this place just hits. Good sound systems throughout , Great energy, great workouts, and tons of options depending on your mood. The only 2 downsides is the parking lot , Horrible location & unsafe at night . Do not leave valuables in your car . The other is the staff , they are EXTREMELY pushy and salesy so be warned if that's not your jam .

Today, as we were departing, he attempted to repeat the behavior while we were walking to our vehicle. Given the lack of seriousness displayed by management in addressing this matter, I believe it is futile to continue reporting. We have been members of other gyms nationwide, and this is the first time we have encountered such an individual who feels compelled to bother and demean other patrons, based on their perceived sexuality, while they are exercising to boost his own self-esteem. This gym is not a safe environment for exercise, and we will not be renewing our membership. Please exercise caution when working out in this facility, as his behavior may be indicative of his overall demeanor.

I have been regularly attending Psychosomatic transformation Center at one location or another…read moresince 2014. Eight years ago I moved to the Grant Rd location, and I n that time the space has changed quite a bit. Initially, it was high intensity interval training classes, which were about 20 people per class, and a separate private training area. Then the COVID-19 pandemic , and the private training space went away. The gyms' focus has shifted to more individual focus training in smaller weight classes. They rebranded the HIIT classes into a cardio /weight based class that's available now. From the time I originally moved to the gym the space was primarily an open area for HIIT group classes, but now it's carved out more so for individual training and just a quarter of the space being used for this cardio weight class. I go to a weights class to strengthen muscle groups three times a week and the other days Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday is this cardio weight combo class. Wednesdays has become a balance focused day, which provides something new to increase flexibility in addition to strength. I myself am not very flexible, so I can't do flexibility and weights quite yet. Much of the communication is on Facebook page groups. So for a new person wanting to check out the gym it's a little tricky. Hours aren't posted in a public space, plus the construction on Grant Road right now makes it tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. There's no signage on the door. It seems many of the newer students came through word-of-mouth of existing clients. Psychosomatic Transformation Center also offers protein powders, and supplements to enhance your fitness journey. In the weeks to come, they're going to be offering peptides as they're working with a physician to prescribe those. Basically the gym is evolving to meet our needs. Private training is available. Also, one of the private trainer works with high school students in strength, training and agility for track and field. I'm part of a fitness family and have a good time.

I stopped by to what options they had for training…read more But at one pm I was way too early. There is no signage but It appears they open at 4 pm. No one here. Lights off. That's a very narrow time frame for my style. On the window they offer supplements but on the shelf inside is only Four items. Not for me.

They sell it as this is a last resort for you to lose weight. You can easily join any gym who has strength training classes and get the same results. I did it before I moved here last year and I lost 42 lb and was on a low carb. This gym just babysits you basically to get results and and hold your feet to the fire or if not, if you can't commit to their timely challenge, then you'll lose your $500. It only be worth it if you can really do it, meaning that you have no other obligations that will interfere with going there 5 times a week. So if you need childcare forget it. Don't do it because they don't have it. Honestly this is an overpriced gym. This gym doesn't have to buy workout machines so there's no maintenance on that equipment or the manpower and extra supplies to wipe down all that machinery so I don't know why there Elite memberships are so damn expensive. It's ridiculous. On top of that during their membership drives they blocked a lot of people from commenting about the way they do things, to include the fact about the up front $497. What kind of company blocks other people from reviewing their company. If you're really THAT good, then you would STAND by your name and fight for your gym. You don't so I'm posting my review from my experience everywhere.

The workouts are great and the staff is really motivating! I really enjoyed going. I didn't necessarily mind paying for the classes because in comparison to CrossFit etc it is reasonably priced but that should have been disclosed prior to signing up for a "free" challenge. This place is no f*cking joke. First off, this is an old-school strength gym, and I mean that in the best way possible. It's not bougie, it's not aesthetic-driven, and it's definitely not trying to be a trendy Instagram gym. It's gritty, it's real, and it's built for people who actually want to get stronger. They've got everythinggggg!Olympic lifting, strongman training, personal training, group classes, nutrition coaching... even a calisthenics coach (which is honestly rare to find). Whether you're a beginner wanting to level up or someone who's already deep in fitness and feels like you've outgrown franchise gyms... this is where you go to get humbled REAL quick. And I love that. The tour alone sold me. Front desk was super welcoming, and the owner was already on it with communication before we even walked in. You can tell this place runs on passion and community, not flashy marketing. Inside? Old-school equipment (my personal favorite &way more effective than a lot of the newer stuff IMO). Outside? A full-on training setup with turf, tires, and space to actually move. There's also indoor turf, kettlebells, and room to train however you want. This is a no-BS, get-it-done gym. One of my favorite parts though? The people. You've got folks in their 70s and 80s lifting alongside everyone else and that's powerful. As a woman in my 40s, that kind of environment hits different. Strength training isn't optional, it's essential & this is the kind of place where you do it right. Also love that they have options for everyone: * Memberships * Personal training * Group classes (super affordable around $20/class once you're cleared) * Even drop-in options for travelers It's flexible, which you don't always see in more serious gyms. And honestly... if you're the person who's always finishing first in group classes and not really getting pushed anymore? Come here. You will be challenged. In the best way. This place feels like a local secret , very word-of-mouth, very "if you know, you know." Not overcrowded (especially midday), dedicated community, and zero fluff. Soooo yeah... I'm hooked. If you're serious about getting stronger -- not just sweating, but actually building strength & this might be the gym in Tucson.
