This is kind of long, but please read it. It may help you with your fitness goals…read more My knees were bothering me, and I had some minor surgery and I stopped working out. I gained weight and my clothes didn't fit which made me angry and I said enough. All controllable events in life, except maybe for the knees. I loved Orange theory but my knees can't take the running and I'm competitive to the point that I couldn't just show up and not be my best. I checked out some other options and came across Volofit! They offer HIT classes but also include advice on diet/nutrition. It was amazing and still is. The coaches, Natalie, Casey, Chris, and Rondalyn are all great. They coach, motivate, inspire, support, and make the HIT classes terrific. They are the best! Combined with eating the right things and watching my diet, I lost the weight I wanted. My clothes fit again, my BF% is now half of what it was when I began. I feel better, look better (discovered I do have abs), and I enjoy starting the day with a brisk workout. Try it, it will pay off for you.

I started working out at Volofit in April of 2024. In that time I've gained over 5 lbs of muscle…read moreand reduced my body fat by 5%! The workouts are always changing and engaging. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. Every member is welcoming and friendly. If you like constantly-changing, exciting, and challenging HIIT style workouts, then this is the gym for you!

I decided to sign up since they had a special going on at the first of the year. I  finally went…read morethere for the first time the other day (thb I am also a member of 2 other gyms) so that's why it took me so long to visit. It was a Saturday morning about 10am and the gym was not busy which is good. I only went to do cardio which they have a ton of machines there (treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes) and they even have a few upstairs so you can watch people below you (weird). This probably isn't a helpful review since I haven't explored each and every area of the gym, but suffice to say they seem to have adequate weights and space, a HIIT area and decent machines for those that don't like free weights. They have childcare (extra$) and a smoothie bar or something like that which I didn't try. next time I may actually perform a full workout so I can provide a more helpful review. The hours aren't too bad. Check the website to be sure. Please note that the basic rate of 9.99 pretty much only gives you access to walk in and work out. If you require any of the additional features or need a trainer, that comes with the addition packages or additional costs. There are also additional costs associated with the 9.99 membership so just be sure you understand all the small print. When I was there, I did not see any sweaty guys with no shirts on the machines, nor could I detect any grunting or sounds that resemble ancient man taking down a mastodon. I didn't hear any clanging and banging or weights being dropped and someone yelling like they got hot sauce in their eye so its a relatively safe place if you fear creatures that fall lower on the evolutionary scale. This is definitely not a "hardcore" gym. Temperature was cool enough to keep bacteria from replicating. They have fancy trash cans which have wipes built in to them and I was able to wipe down my equipment. as far as how busy they are, I probably should go there on ICD and see how many people are there.  (for those of you that don't know, ICD is "international chest day" or Monday to the layperson). Most of this, like I said, was not informative. I would suggest going by there and making your own determination. If you are someone wanting to get in better shape and have never worked out, this place may be ideal for you. if you are an experienced fitness enthusiast  then they may lack a few things to support your fitness journey.

I get that his job is sales but when you are being aggressive and forceful when a young woman says no she does not want to sign up for training, and he kept asking "why, why, why" then that's a problem. He would not take no for an answer and would not leave her alone. I have emailed corporate and no I do not want to go to the location and speak to anyone there. I want a phone call from corporate. Cody needs sales training and learn the meaning of "no". My daughter in law also told him she is unemployed and yet he still was pretty much forcing her to pay for training she clearly did not want.
