Gracie helped me build strength and endurance and my running form improved tremendously. Running was so much easier after working with her. Her workouts are always fun because of her positive and bubbly attitude and because she changes the routine every day. The workouts are challenging and the infrared light and heat is an added bonus I can say the Infrared light has lowered my high blood work numbers!! They have Hitt classes and other virtual instruction classes as well. One of my favorite parts is they're never closed. It's a 24 hour a day seven day a week. You have to have a code to enter so you're safe even when staff isn't present Come, give them a try. They'll give you a free week.!!
