They double dip once they sell you a membership with lots of features and then they rent out those features and amenities to people that pay more, so you can't use what they sold the membership as, a classic bait and switch. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for private use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet. Once they get your membership, they could care less about your experience and use of facilities, now they want money to buy the use.

That said, there are a couple of areas that I find frustrating. Several other LifeTime locations offer a Pilates class called CTR at no additional charge, and I have repeatedly requested that this class be added at Westlake, but so far there has been no progress. Considering that Westlake dues are actually higher than many other locations, I would expect the amenities and class offerings to be at least comparable. I'm also disappointed by how frequently the pool slides are closed throughout the day and the lack of maintenance and care to the Hyperice. I can never find the right sizes and the machines decompress due to sealing issues. I genuinely love the Westlake club and would love to see Life Time continue investing in the member experience by bringing in popular classes like CTR and improving the consistency of the pool amenities and overall maintenance.

I called PF corporate office in Austin TX and they have refused to stop billing me and have refused to cancel the ghost membership. I was originally with TFF in Fort Worth, then they transferred me to Watauga, and now PF has transfered me to Denton County! PF states i must drive to Denton from Fort Worth to cancel in person. Planet Fitness has also refused to give me their corporate mailing address so i can send them a cease and desist letter. How unethical to slam and transfer memberships, increase the monthly charges, add on service fees of $20 per month, and then refuse to tell me their address. There is a good reason why Planet Fitness is hiding their location. My next stop is the Texas Attorney General office.

She's a BIG part of the reason I joined immediately after taking a tour. However, it sounded like that person hadn't even been in the gym so I am unsure why that person even posted (strange). This is such an amazing workout & the classes offered, virtually, range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes so I can always find time for at least 1! I love shedding all the toxins out of my body with the infrared heat and leave there knowing I got an amazing workout in less time than I would have at my previous gym. As a busy, working mom, it is a huge perk that they are open 24 hours! I cannot think of one thing I don't like about this gym & highly recommend it to everyone I know.
