The staff is great. I had a problem with not knowing they were charging me and they refunded months of past months of membership.

I've been training with Rochelle in Pilaties for a little over a year now, and not only has she improved my physical physique but also my knowledge about physical health! I learn something new every class. I can't imagine not having her in my weekly routine, her care for each of her students and her want for improving their daily lives is extremely evident. She's the best!

This club is quite…read morethe investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on.

Loud, messy, very "watch your step." The space itself is huge, which I loved, and the music hits just right. I took a women's group strength class with Jess, who was super kind, checked in on my knee injury, and offered mods when needed. Overall, solid workout. Not easy, not killer, just right down the middle. I'll be honest though... I was fully distracted by a personal trainer on the side absolutely wrecking her clients. Like hi, I want THAT workout. Clean bathrooms, booked easily on ClassPass, and I spotted Hyrox signs which got me excited. There's also a physical therapy biz inside, and both seemed busy, so clearly something's working. The vibe felt a little more quiet and low key than my usual energy, but I can see the community is there. All in, a solid 4 stars. Not rushing back, but I'd try another class... and maybe sneak into one of those savage one on one sessions next time.

That said, the plaza is worth exploring everything , coffee, vintage, food, all the things. Lockers, rentals, water, and dangerously cute merch are all covered. Bonus points for a genuinely diverse crowd and men and women, which I love. Jungle is officially on my favorites list. Pro tip ; If you have knee & wrist issues like myself ,bring a cushion.

Come for the workout, stay for the community…read more Small class sizes. Plenty of class times to work with my week/end schedules. I've never had an issue reserving a class spot before it filling. Attentive, knowledgeable, and patient trainers. Healthy mix of gender, age, color, and fitness levels in the member community. Excellent fitness programming; very variable movements. I could attend every class in a week and never repeat movements. There always seems to be a program focus in place e.g. 4-week bench press focus, 6-week running focus, etc. Each program starts and ends with a test to assess progress over time. The programming motivates regular class attendance. The gym also nurtures member community with regular/monthly events like bowling, trivia, rock climbing, pot lucks, etc. It's fun to connect with other gym members outside of the gym given we see each other so regularly in the gym. I've just completed month 8 with the gym, and I'm in the best shape of my life. Hitting the ground running in 2022. Big thanks to the FW Strong staff and member community.

He never pressured us into signing a contract and genuinely focused on making sure we were comfortable and happy with our decision. What impressed me the most was how personable he was with everyone. 24 Hour Fitness, 2701 Halloran Fort Worth, TX…read more I have been a 24 Hour Fitness member on and off for over 20 years. After my recent experience with management at the 2701 Halloran Street location in Fort Worth, Texas, I will never return. On October 8, I was charged $257 for an automatic membership renewal, plus a $16 fee. I noticed the charges on October 11 and contacted the club's General Manager, Neha Dhankhar, the next day. I explained that I didn't realize it was set to auto-renew, hadn't used the facility in months, and requested a refund. I understand renewal policies, but a company that values loyalty exercises reasonable discretion instead of hiding behind fine print. Unfortunately, my experience with Neha proved this company does not care about customers. From the start, she was combative and dismissive. She immediately defended corporate policies, claiming two notification emails were sent last month. Throughout the call, she repeatedly interrupted and talked over me. When I asked if she would at least contact Member Services on my behalf to request an exception, she refused, saying it would accomplish nothing. When I noted that I'd appreciate management making an effort for a 20-year customer anyway, her exact response was: "I don't work on feelings." That statement perfectly summarizes the total lack of customer service here. My decision to cancel was heavily driven by the deteriorating condition of this facility. During recent visits, numerous machines were broken. On one occasion, 6 out of 7 ellipticals were out of service, working leg machines were hard to find, and the sauna was frequently broken. Furthermore, a business named "24 Hour Fitness" no longer even operates 24 hours a day at this location. Yet despite these severe downgrades, my renewal rate increased by roughly $50 over last year. Even more alarming is how these charges were processed. Over six months ago, I lost a card and updated the payment info on my account. Yet on October 8, 24 Hour Fitness apparently attempted to charge my newer card, assessed a $16 fee when it failed, and then charged the $257 renewal to my previous, replaced card--the exact card I had explicitly removed from their system months ago. It is deeply troubling that a replaced card was retained and used for active billing. When I told Neha I intended to escalate this, she initially refused to give her full name and kept lecturing me. I ended the call and went to the club in person to cancel my membership and demand escalation details. While the membership was canceled, management refused to remove my stored payment cards, claiming that because my membership was inactive, "there would be nothing further to charge." This is an entirely unacceptable excuse given their highly questionable billing practices. During my visit, I requested that my complaint be forwarded directly to District Manager George and Regional Vice President John, along with written email confirmation that my concerns had been escalated. This is about how a company treats a decades-long customer who promptly disputed an unwanted renewal. It is about unacceptable payment data retention practices, a refusal to escalate, and a complete lack of professionalism from club management. I am demanding the following resolution: * A full refund of the $257 renewal and $16 fee (Total: $273). * A written explanation of why my previously replaced payment card was kept and charged. * Written confirmation that my stored payment methods have been permanently purged from their active billing systems. * Confirmation that this complaint has been reviewed by district and regional management. I am fully prepared to pursue this via credit card chargebacks, corporate escalation, and formal consumer protection complaints. 24 Hour Fitness just permanently lost a longtime customer over $273--not just because of the automatic fee, but because local management chose to handle it with hostility.
