Unacceptable behavior and I will not be back! Too bad too because given a little care, it could be a nice gym, but knowing that the Manager owner is there every day and ceases condition and does nothing lets me know that that will probably never happen!

They will steer you down a different path every time you try to cancel and keep charging you. It's been almost a year now and they still taking money out of my account. Its it utterly disgusting. Im not even in a contract with them at that. I spoke with a guy over the phone and told him I wanted to cancel my membership since im moving out of the area. He took my name and said he would take care of it. months later im receiving a call from a billing agency stating I owed them money. I called back and spoke with another lady which was the manager. Said I had to sign a form. I signed the for and still nothing. Im still in the middle of trying to get this cancelled. Stay far away from this place!

My goal was and continues to be to get more healthy. Linda has done a wonderful job in building my strength and overall fitness. She also discusses healthy eating habits with me. I have to be honest that I don't always follow her advice because if I did I would weigh a normal amount and be able to run a 10 K but I am now working out consistently. I am the type to ask questions if I don't understand, especially about form and nobody seems aggravated or "too good" to help me with my questions. It honestly feels like a family , which I love. There are two different membership options to choose from , 1 is eight classes a month and the other is unlimited. I chose the latter option. I love that you can book ahead and see all of the classes on an app. The machines are always clean and ready for the next group . The equipment is all new and not heavily used, which I love. Bathrooms are always clean, fully stopped with any of the extra feminine necessities you might need while stretching your body in abnormal ways I would love for you to join me for a class! However, what sets the gym apart is the atmosphere and the staff/coaches. Gil, the head trainer and owner, puts his heart and soul into his business providing high-quality programming, a welcoming yet competitive atmosphere and by genuinely caring for his athletes. The assistant coaches bring a wealth of certifications, knowledge and experience as well. There are many walks of life that compete on a daily basis at the gym - working moms, military, business people, aspiring college athletes and mostly people who want to become more fit and healthy.
