On different occasions when I've been connected to this location when trying to contact their Westside location, the team is not only condescending but has the snarkiest of attitudes. Just about more immature than a teenager working a food stand in the mall. To be fair I'd much rather take the attitude from a teenager because it can at least be justifiable to teenage angst. There is nothing that could get me to step food into this site and and my firsthand interactions with this location is enough to make sure I'm not a member here. They have workout on the hour every hour and the skill levels range from beginner to competitor. Everyone always encourages you to get through your work outs and no one judges. Think because you have kids and you can't go to the gym? Think again! Some mamas and papas bring their little ones as well, they sit in the mat and cheer on their parents! The kids sometimes play together or they have their coloring books, crayons or tablets to play on. Think there's not enough space or the equipment will be old and you have to share? NOPE! The equipment is new and the space is huge!!! Morning classes run about 10 people max and evening classes run up to 30 ish people? Now you're worried if the coaches will see you and your technique?
