The staff is awesome and the atmosphere was great. It's a perfect size and has everything you need from cardio, weight machines, free weights and all sorts of resistant equipment. I have only been here once but my experience was very positive. I haven't tried the smoothie/shake station but I like that it's there in addition to massage therapy, tanning, and sauna. The gym plays loud music so it can be seen as a good or bad thing depending on your music preferences. Most of the patrons seemed to have decent gym etiquette (wiping down equipment, reracking weights) so that was a nice change from other gyms I've been to. Overall, I recommend this gym to anyone and especially those who are in town for a short amount of time and don't want to lose track.

The crossfit area has everything needed for the classes. The classes are offered quite a few times a day and the gym provides childcare at a price. The coaches are knowledgeable with years of experience behind them. The WODS tend to be rough but scalable, which is exactly what I need. This gym also has an open area and a few other programs but I haven't attended those.

There is nothing that could get me to step food into this site and and my firsthand interactions with this location is enough to make sure I'm not a member here. I called and left messages with staff with name and number with no return called. I was leaving the state and needed to cancel my membership. Do to staff not contacting me back in a reasonable amount of time, over 30 days. (also, I was not able to go to the building, I had left the state, by the time I was working with staff). I received a from the billing company (and as of today 4 months as well). requesting money. I had gone to my bank and stop payments. Staff's excuse for not replying to me is that they get to many emails and calls. I worked with staff to make a one time payment. but she requested my military contract of departed the local area. Which has my SSN. I informed I was pending the document to my system. made that last payment and as of the week, i have noticed that the gym was still chagrining me. their billing company is not leaving messages. I had paid for over 6 months not going into the gym. But man, when they want their money, they want their money. The Billing staff does not follow their business values and mission statement. I had to cancel payments with my other bank to have them stop. The staff member i was working did agree with me make a one-time payment more than the normal monthly payment to close the account. and text me she would only close the account ones i give her military documents, that again have my SSN, and she does not need to stop my monthly payment.

They also told him he would have to pay an additional 20% fee to cancel after he produced a specialized form from the collection agency (they would not take a text receipt or email receipt from the collection agency only one which would be received by mail). This most likely violates the TX Health Spa Act, the TX Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and the TX Debt Collection act! This place is a scam!

I showed up a little early to sign papers. Before you train, you let them know what injuries (if any) you may have so they help you work on your weaknesses to make it your strength through sports science and biomechanics. Upon walking in, I walked into a training session Manu (the owner) was holding with some high schoolers finnishing up their session. The gentleman were stretching after their workouts as I was filling out the forms. The young men were not only tall, but built! I assumed they were seniors in high school with how built their bodies were, only to be told that they were only SOPHOMORES!! Manu told me about the progress the boys have made in the little amount of time that they have been training at RXN. I was impressed, these young men are going to be great athletes. I can only imagine the progress of the other athletes that also attend RXN, from different schools, have made. I was here to try out the general fitness class. It started at 9 am and it was a great full body circuit! Manu was supportive and very personable. His only request is that you try your best. I really enjoyed the fact that he was calm and happy the entire time. The hour long class contained high intensity workouts at a fast pace. The equipment is all new and well kept. The overall facility is clean and well maintained. I wish I had this type of facility when I was doing sports in high school. Since I am thinking of joining sports again for college, this is a great place to train and condition at. I will definitely be back to get my workouts in.

The lifeguards felt it was appropriate to very loudly make fun of a new mother just trying to get her body back. There were also two larger women who did the same. Called management and all they promised was that "the lifeguards would be talked to" Everyone deserves a space where they feel comfortable to improve themselves, and this location does not provide that.
