Awesome gym with great pricing and no annual commitments like most gyms. I visit El Paso from out…read moreof town so it's nice to get a week pass for $20 and keep up with my fitness goals. The staff is awesome and the atmosphere was great. It's a perfect size and has everything you need from cardio, weight machines, free weights and all sorts of resistant equipment. I have only been here once but my experience was very positive. I haven't tried the smoothie/shake station but I like that it's there in addition to massage therapy, tanning, and sauna. The gym plays loud music so it can be seen as a good or bad thing depending on your music preferences. Most of the patrons seemed to have decent gym etiquette (wiping down equipment, reracking weights) so that was a nice change from other gyms I've been to. Overall, I recommend this gym to anyone and especially those who are in town for a short amount of time and don't want to lose track.

**Great gym and equipment, but extremely disappointing management.**…read more I genuinely enjoy IronGrind, which makes writing this review frustrating. I returned to this gym in July 2026 during their advertised "Buy 1 Get 1 Month Free" promotion. I specifically informed staff that I had been a member years ago and asked whether I qualified. I was assured I did and that my free month would apply the following month. I've since paid $81.18 in July, August, and September, totaling $243.54, without receiving the promised free month. I also referred a friend who signed up and paid for a membership under their separate referral promotion offering a free month. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, that benefit hasn't been resolved either. For three months, I've repeatedly tried to speak with Steven, the manager, who staff say is the only person authorized to resolve these issues. Every attempt has ended with another explanation about why he's unavailable, out of town, or unable to be reached. Most recently, an employee named Diego spoke directly with Steven over the phone while I was at the gym. Steven instructed him to send me to their other location because he would be there to help me. Before leaving, I specifically asked Diego whether Steven would actually be there. I explained that I'd already been trying to reach him for months and had also read negative reviews from other members describing similar issues involving billing, refunds, promotions, and difficulty getting assistance from management. I even mentioned to Diego that, based on those reviews, I could see I wasn't the only person experiencing these kinds of problems. I didn't want to waste another trip only to be told Steven was unavailable again. Diego assured me that Steven would be there, explaining that he'd just spoken with him on the phone. He also mentioned that he would be heading to that location himself. Trusting that assurance, I drove to the other location expecting to finally resolve everything. When I arrived, I saw what I recognized as Steven's truck leaving shortly afterward. I walked inside and asked the front desk employee if Steven was available. Her response was that he was out of town. I explained that I'd literally just been sent there by an employee who had spoken with Steven directly and was specifically told he would be there to assist me. Only after explaining this did the response change to, "Oh, he just left. Let me call him." I can't speak to why I was given conflicting information, but after months of trying to reach management, this experience was incredibly frustrating. After additional calls, the only solution communicated to me was to pay for my October Platinum membership, after which Steven would supposedly provide a complimentary downgrade to Gold for that same month. I don't understand how requiring me to pay for my Platinum membership and then downgrading me to a lower membership tier is considered a complimentary benefit, especially when neither of the free-month promotions I was promised has been honored. I've made numerous calls, visited both locations, paid three consecutive months, and brought in another paying member. Yet I've still been unable to speak directly with management about these concerns. What makes this even more disappointing is seeing other customers describe similar frustrations in their reviews. While I can only speak for my own experience, it's concerning to read complaints that resemble what I've been dealing with for the past three months. I want to give credit to the front desk employees who have genuinely tried to help. My frustration is with management's lack of communication and follow-through. I'm not looking for special treatment. I'm simply asking for the promotional benefits I was told I qualified for and for someone with the authority to resolve these issues to actually help. I would happily remain a member if management resolved these concerns. Unfortunately, after three months of trying, I'm seriously considering leaving. **A gym can have great equipment, a great atmosphere, and friendly employees, but none of that excuses poor communication and a lack of accountability when members need assistance.**
