They have strength & endurance classes at 5am M-Th and some classes at 6 & 7pm, kind of like Zumba but wayyy better. They incorporate weights with cardio and lots of squatting, the classes are my favorite thing about the gym, they push you to your limit & are so friendly. Very nice environment, really clean & everyone is basically family there! Just an amazing gym, definitely recommended.

On the downside, the gym does have a large open space in the middle of the gym, which seems like wasted space. The free weight area is not that big, so it's always busy. I usually go to the sauna after my workouts, but there are many hoops to go through in order to access the sauna here. You need to go to the front desk to request a key, only one person is allowed at a time, and no shoes allowed inside. Pretty inconvenient in my opinion.

Think because you have kids and you can't go to the gym? Think again! Some mamas and papas bring their little ones as well, they sit in the mat and cheer on their parents! The kids sometimes play together or they have their coloring books, crayons or tablets to play on. Think there's not enough space or the equipment will be old and you have to share? NOPE! The equipment is new and the space is huge!!! Morning classes run about 10 people max and evening classes run up to 30 ish people? Now you're worried if the coaches will see you and your technique? The coaches aren't on their phones, they walk around, look at your posture and help you throughout the workout! This place is more than a gym -- it's a two-story-plus-rooftop experience that somehow manages to feel upscale and welcoming. Think boutique hotel vibes meet high-tech wellness playground. Let's start with the first floor: it's stunning. The aesthetic is modern, spacious, and designed with intention -- every detail feels thought out. The front desk team was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in (even when I had a little misunderstanding about my visit -- more on that later). There's a healthy café right by the entrance serving smoothies and food that fits every lifestyle, including vegan options. They even have a secret door that leads to a massage therapist's suite -- yes, an actual hidden door. There's also a retail section stocked with Lululemon and gym swag, so if you forget something, they've got you covered. Parents, take note -- there's also an on-site kids' daycare on the first floor, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. And it includes the spa services, which is the top selling point for planet fitness. This particular planet fitness used to be a Power House back in the day, then it was the first PF in El Paso. They've recently remodeled it to look just like all the other updated PF gyms. The equipment looks new, and all the "stations" are amazing: abs, 30 min workout, etc. the women's locker is also newly remodeled. They have plenty of lockers, so bring a lock. There's also showers and 2 vanities. I will miss the old concept of the cardio room in the dark, but, oh well. Just bring a baseball cap, and shades if it's too bright. And bring a mask, if not one will be provided in the front. Oh, and they sell water and drinks in the front. No cash needed, they can charge it to your card on file. Also, there's a lady selling work out clothes in the same facility. But that's another review. Enjoy!
