Her positive yet I'm going to push you, give you hard time, and hold you accountable in a loving way drives me. She's always thinking of ways to make classes fun and hard at the same time. I was coming off a knee injury, had a handful of other aches and pains, and felt like my training (which I had been doing consistently for years), had started to plateau. Working with Angelo has been a game changer, and the depth of his fitness and coaching knowledge is absurd. Simply put, I've made measurable, significant gains in every area of my fitness. While I don't work directly with the other coaches or attend the classes (I use the open gym for the individual training plan Angelo writes for me) everyone on staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly incredibly knowledgeable. There's no attitude here, just the expectation that you'll show up and work hard. Additionally - I've had multiple sessions with Liliana at EDX Bodyworks (the attached sports therapy clinic) - and she's a wizard, it's a great resource to have on hand for when tweaks and injuries pop up. I've been a member of probably 6 or 7 gyms, this is the best one yet, my membership will end when Angelo and Liliana decide to retire. No matter your fitness level, if you're serious about getting in shape do yourself a favor and give the EDX community a shot.

I was a bit scared to join CrossFit, because I haven't done weight lifting or intense workouts in 5 years, BUT joining Crossfit7070 was the BEST DECISION I've made in so long. I haven't felt so motivated to workout like this in a while, everyone is super friendly, you don't have to do heavy weights if you're not comfortable with it, I've been feeling so energetic every day, and I'm just excited every day to finish work and go workout. There's plenty of equipment and I never have to wait to use a machine. (Can't say the same about evening sessions because it does get crowded.) I really like this facility! It has an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. My only gripe is that the showers aren't always stocked with body wash (I started to bring my own) and they don't provide TOWEL SERVICE! Such a missed opportunity, IMO. The best you're going to get is a small rag to wipe your sweat for an additional $5 per month. If 24hr provided towel service for showering, this really could be a 5-star facility.
