I had to move twice in 2022 and the only thing that made searching for my "home" less excruciating (not once, but twice in one year!) was the fact that I worked with Hart Turner :) To put it simply, he truly cares about you finding a place that you can call home. His attention to detail, his desire to understand your wants/needs, his ability to work non-stop to provide you options till you find THE place - all of it is unmatched. My experience working with Hotspot Rentals was absolutely fantastic. I have to give them extra credit for being so timely and accommodating to my situation. My company was transferring me from South Korea to Chicago so I had to find an apartment in a city that I had little knowledge on. The other challenge was not being there physically to actually see the apartments. I listed my interest in the Hotspot Rentals website and got a response from Barbara Piasecka the very next day asking of the my budget and other criteria I had. Hotspot Rentals was very helpful in my search to find an apartment! I received a job offer in Chicago, and had to move from Minneapolis in about 2.5 weeks. Given that it was such a tight turnaround, I didn't have time to go physically visit anything in person. Stephanie was very helpful through the whole process! She started by sending me about 5-6 options via email, all with videos walking around a staged unit, pricing, square footage, etc. From there I told her the ones I was interested in learning more about, and she set up visits to see both of them that same day! She then went on site herself, checked out the actual units and sent me additional videos of the unit I would be living in. After choosing the apartment I was most interested in, she helped me in signing the lease and making sure all my questions were answered.
