It was very good! Far and above our experience at Chubby Cattle. The broths were all excellent. Husband got spicy miso, daughter got pork, and I got Tom Yum. Each of them was delicious. The meats were all good. I recommend the ribeye. And the seafood was a hit or miss. The seafood honestly tasted a bit old and the texture of the shrimp was mealy. The blue crab was not worth it at all--very fishy. The vegetables were plentiful and very fresh! Loved all the different greens they offer and three different types of mushrooms--all manageable sized to cook just right. The sweet potato was super dry even coming straight out of the broth, but yummy. I've been to so many different Asian restaurants in my life, and I still wish that they would offer fountain drinks instead of individual cans. Seems stingy when we're paying more than $30 per person. The condiment bar was also very impressive with the various sauces and toppings. The only sauce that I wish was better quality was the sesame oil. It tasted old too. Everything else seemed fresh--a curious thing was a tub of minced garlic that was from a jar and fresh minced garlic. Maybe people prefer the jarred garlic taste? I think I would swap out the jarred garlic for something more like lemon grass paste or fresh ginger. The place was not overly busy, but we ate dinner on a Tuesday just after the long weekend. The table could have been cleaner. There were bits of food on the edges of the burners. The burners were still slick with grease and there were dots of grease on the table and remotes for controlling the burners. Just a little more attention to cleanliness could help out. The staff were busy, friendly, and helpful. The overall experience was very good. A few tweaks and it could be a 5 star. I wish they would add more of a knife cut noodle or something between the side of a ramen noodle or udon noodle that was a wheat noodle. We'll for sure be back.

Side dishes and pork belly to be added to our broths.

I have walked into this newly opened restaurant several times, but have never eaten here until today. This neighborhood AYCE hotpot place has been on my radar for at least a year or perhaps two years. Every time I stopped by to see the status, I always see the "coming soon" sign. However, about several weeks back when a friend told me she and her dad went there to eat hot pot, I was very excited to know they finally opened. And so, I went and checked it out myself. The first time I set my foot here, place was very quiet. Perhaps people gave up on waiting for the opening or perhaps the owner didn't do a great job advertising that the restaurant is now open and is operating with a full schedule, opening every day. Today, walking toward the restaurant, a big sign boated "GRAND OPENING", so there's no way diners would miss the place when they drive by, and plenty of free parking spaces for folks to park too. Going inside, the place has enough lights, but I wouldn't say it is well lit. However, diners do not have to use their phones to turn on the light just to look at the menu: menu has beautiful photos of the items to be added to their broth. My Tom Yum broth was deliciously flavorful with the items I added, including bok choy, brisket, string, mushrooms, pieces of taro, half of the crab, jumbo shrimp and my favorite noodle, udon. It was so good! Everything was fresh! Even the plates of meats, all rolled up and neatly arranged, looked very nice. We were here for almost 2 hours, just eating and enjoying the various conversations. The waitstaff was a group of young people whose job was to make sure we had a wonderful meal, so they get an A+ for being very attentive to our needs and being professional at the same time. After our meal, we were served with some ice cream to complete our eating experience. I drove away happy and very satisfied. I give Hotpot Den a solid A.

I was really happy with the service as well as the food. They had a great variety of vegetables as well as seafood and meat without being overwhelming. The seafood, the ribeye the brisket all of it seemed very fresh and tasted great. I had the seafood broth which I thought was amazing. Actually the pho broth was really good for the children. It had a deep rich flavor. Definitely will be going back to try some of the other broths. Crowd pleaser for the kids was the free ice cream afterwards so all around a great experience.

This was place phenomenal!!! Very fast service and server was very attentive! The selections for the hotpot were plenty! Would easily go back within the week! This also was the only busy place in the entire plaza on a Tuesday night so that clearly says something about the food and service!

Great selection of meats and ingredients!

My wife and I enjoyed a delightful lunch at Hotpot Den on Kipling Street in Littleton. Fresh ingredients, flavorful broths, friendly service, and a great self-serve sauce bar made it a perfect hot pot experience. Highly recommend--5 stars!

Great new place here in Littleton, CO. I would recommend this place for those that have not tried hotpot before. Those that have, it was still delicious and I would come back. Quality of meat was on point after a few rounds. I recommend coming in a couple hours after they open. My family and I came right when they opened. Was provided meat that was frozen from day prior. I tried the Miso broth, spicy broth, tom yum broth and beef broth. All of the broths lack flavor except miso. If you get the tom yum, make sure you go to the condiment bar and grab a few slices of lime to add on to your broth for more of a real tom yum flavor. Service was great, you do have to ask for chopsticks. The condiment bars has the basic ingredients to make a good dipping sauce. The umami seasoning is MSG, which I loved. They have a good selection of seafood, vegetables and meat. Everything was fresh.

Very tasty, staff were friendly and around often. Condiments and add-ons are self serve near the front of the restaurant, i'm glad we realized this because we were not instructed of it. Overall great food and service!

My hubby makes it at home for me like this- no restaurant I've been to ever has, but I picture the veggies with the sauce would be so so good too. We came in on the off season, so crawfish was frozen- and it was actually still pretty good. Of course, I'd like to come back when it's fresh and compare. Luckily it didn't affect the crab leg cluster which still tasted great. On the plus side, the location is good and there is ample parking. When we went on a Tuesday night at peak dinner time there was no wait for a table. I am on the fence about whether I would return.

Well that's how I felt this morning, so VinaMeals was where I ended. I ordered two items, so join me and read my food journey... Just had bánh ít tràn, a Vietnamese, steamed sticky rice dumplings dish. This dish reminds me of my mom's cooking where she used to make us this dish all the time to eat for breakfast. Lots ingredients inside the these three dumplings including mung bean, wood ear mushroom, jicama carrot, onion, garlic, minced with pork and shrimp. It came with steamed bean sprouts, cucumber, and fish sauce to dip the dumplings or just pour over the dish. I felt the accommodating items didn't add any value to this dish, but boy, did these dumplings bring back good memory. Of course, when you are here, you have to get their small wonton soup. It is one of the best I have ever eaten. I believe the broth that is the star, and the wontons come very close but just a second too late. This small soup is very filling, and I always wonder if adding a bowl of plain rice into the soup will make this dish a complete meal. We will have to find out later.
