Gorgeous Hotel, fun for a staycation/vacation. The atmosphere and main st. area is fun and energetic. I love the food hall, such tasty food. As well as the restaurant, it is gorgeous and upscale! I haven't checked out the speak easy, but definitely be on the look out to find it!

This Grapevine landmark opened in 2020 and has revitalized the downtown area with a touch of class and elegance. We have visited the hotel several times to have a drink at their bar, Bacchus, or in the adjacent Harvest Hall. One of the managers, Dumar, has often visited with us and provided a top notch hospitality experience. He excels at his work and clearly loves it. In November 2021 we did manage to stay here one night and it was an incredible experience. The staff couldn't have made us feel more at home and the room was beautiful. Excellence is the catchphrase here and it shows on all levels.

Loved the location, the outdoor and roof top ambiance, cool aesthetic and overall look. Hotel room itself was small, wish there was another nightstand. Not sure if the autograph vibe is like super alcoholics or something - never seen the mini fridge stuffed with alcohol - couldn't even put leftovers in there which was annoying. But the hotel room was clean and the location was central.

    Igloo experience

We came here this weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday at their igloo holiday pop up. We started off with some drinks and appetizers inside the hotel bar area. Love the ambiance of the hotel, so cozy and charming! I ordered the tuna tartare which was delicious, and the phyllo puffs with a creamy mushroom filling that was also so yummy. We then got checked into our igloo experience and we had such a fun time! The igloos are decorated with cozy blankets, rugs, chairs, couch, and tables. They also include an outdoor speaker you can connect your phone to so you can play your own music. The experience comes with a bottle of wine and a cheese or chocolate fondue for up to 5 people. We got the cheese fondue but also ended up ordering the chocolate fondue for an additional $60 or so. The fondues were yummy and the 90 mins we had the igloo was a great time! Service was good and attentive as well. Cute idea for some holiday fun!

I went to the hotel to listen to live music. I really enjoyed myself. It was my first time at the hotel. I appreciate that they have a parking garage, and the first 90-minutes are free and then a $1 each additional hour. The hotel offers live music in the Spring on Friday nights and Saturday nights. One of the hotel staff, I think he was a manager Trey, was super helpful and made sure that our fire pit was lit and allowed us to ask questions about upcoming shows and we gave him some feedback on how to make the event even better. The hotel also has a food court and a restaurant, so you have multiple options for food. I first got a drink and truffle fries from the restaurant. They were both very good. Nice portion size, and they bring the food and drinks out to you if you're sitting at an outdoor table, which was really nice. Then I went to the Food court. I chose to get a Poké bowl and a sushi roll. My friend and I shared a sweet crepe. At both of the vendors, the portion size was totally worth the price paid. The artist that played on Saturday night was Bobby Dade. He did a great job! He took requests and played a variety of different types of music. The concerts are outside, so if it's a little chilly, you'll want to bring a blanket or a jacket but it was a really nice vibe and I can't wait to go back to listen to music.

Food on floor at Harvest Hall. Not an isolated event. Feet slide on the dirty floor. Dirty tables in front lobby. Employees unconcerned.

We came here for an overnight stay to relax and enjoy the charming historical Grapevine area. This hotel is part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, so it's on the premium side. We were upgraded to a king suite, and the interior had a nicely decorated, artsy vibe. The suite was spacious enough for a small family. The hotel is connected to Harvest Hall, a food hall with plenty of dining options. It also has a nice bar and a fancy restaurant, making it a popular spot for locals looking for a night out. There's an outdoor area where they host live music in the evenings. Overall, the hotel meets high-end standards and is very walkable. I recommend it.

    Bubbles all down the sidewalk

This review is sadly overdue - this was back in late January. We did not stay at Hotel Vin, but rather celebrated my fiancé's birthday in a Winter Wonderland Bubble. We had read about these bubbles the past couple of years and wanted to have the experience so I surprised him with dinner in a bubble. The bubbles were directly outside of the hotel's restaurant with a fairly well traveled sidewalk between the bubble and the restaurant windows. Likes: 1. We had a private bubble for just the 2 of us. 2. We could change the color of the bubble - green meant we needed the server but all other colors are fair game. 3. The chairs were all covered with really soft blankets. Dislikes: 1. We do not drink wine and there was not an option that did not include wine or some sort of credit towards other beverages so we basically paid for something we did not have. 2. It was pretty expensive, but I knew that going in. What was not advertised online was that they would tack on a service charge of 18% (I believe it was 18%). 3. While the food looked good, it really wasn't. 4. We were in the first bubble outside the door of the restaurant so there was a lot of traffic in and out of the door. There was also a lot and back and forth on the sidewalk. It was really distracting. Overall, my fiancé had a good time so that is really what matters to me. I thought it was a pretty bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

I haven't experienced the hotel yet, but I really enjoyed the Winter Wonderland experience! We came for a girl's night and chose the three-course meal and bubbles which was perfect! The service was exceptional; the igloos are so cute and decorated nicely. The food was hot and fresh, and I enjoyed the Grilled Salmon and Lemon Tart. They easily made some substitutions for my friends with no problem. Afterward, we went to the Harvest Hall, and there was live music, and I was told the cocktails were pretty good too. They also had a speakeasy as well, and paring is extremely reasonable. I was very impressed with how well-kept the hotel was and the many amenities they offered. Looking forward to staying for my next staycation!

Rustic cozy bar in the VIN hotel. Reservations are a must! Bar staff were top notch and toasted our anniversary. No food/snack offerings which I believe are needed. Even if it's a tiny charcuterie plate or nuts. Overall it was a very nice experience.

we spent a nite for our anniversary & dinner at Bacchus- everything was phenomenal not a detail overlooked fr the moment we arrived the staff was fabulous special to kudos to aimee, who was an absolute delight & definitey a valuable asset to your company dinner was amazing & we had an attentive waiter, Baris our room was gorgeous & comfy but i must add special mention to Khoury/Jayden Bimini who was always visible wherever we were w a delightful smile & always ready & eager to accommodate i would highly recommend hotel & restaurant the amenities food & staff rate over 5 stars

Upon entering the lobby, I was met with a weird smell that carried throughout the room. When I checked in the front desk guy was on his personal phone with someone (no big deal, I just wanted to sleep for a few). After asking for by ID, he asked for my credit card info, I politely said no. I knew it was covered by my company. He asked again & I insisted it wasn't needed. Then he finally gave me my room key. The room was large, spacious, & overall clean. The bathroom was also very spacious, but I felt the floor was dirty and sticky. Overall, I'm giving it 3.5 stars (rounding up to 4). While it wasn't terrible by any means, I'd just prefer to stay elsewhere.

It does not really stand out to me and verged a bit on disappointing, though this might have been because I was tired from traveling. The room itself must not be one of them that they picture, maybe some renovated/some not? Mine didn't feel renovated at all, instead a bit tired and run down. The shower (which had awful water pressure, barely trickles) had an ugly yellowish color scheme for its tiles. The bed is weirdly high up and medium-firm but comfortable enough. I have become spoiled by hotels that feature Netflix, YouTube, and/or other apps/services in addition to live TV. This TV was a regular TV and nothing more, which is not a huge problem itself. Even so, it was a bit jarring to see, especially since its "TV guide" channel looked straight out of the early 90s. The free shuttle is great. It makes stops anywhere people want, which is understandable, and the airport is huge, so build in some extra time. We had a bit of a scare because the driver was said to be a bit late, but we then got an update a few minutes later that the driver would be on time, and he was! Phew.

Carlos was friendly and upgraded our room after discussing we were staying there for our anniversary. Very unexpected and very kind. Our room was on the 8th floor overlooking the atrium. The room was huge, with a living room, separate bedroom, and a gigantic closet. There were a lot of noises in the room (popping and drill noises). We were close to the elevator, so not sure if it was that. Part of the hotel is currently in the renovation process, so it could have been that too. The drill noises stopped, but the popping noises didn't really seem to go away overnight. There was also a bright green light (smoke detector?) that flashed every 12 seconds or so. The rugs in the room were coming up at the edges so you had to be careful where you were walking. We had several near misses and one fall. The main issues we had were with dining. We started at the outdoor pool and ordered a few drinks. My parents arrived after us and ordered some drinks as well. Since we had the same last name, the bartender didn't ask for their room, they just went off of the last name and put everything on mine. A manager came by and got it situated fairly quick. We wanted to try the riverwalk cantina for dinner Saturday night. They didn't take reservations so we showed up around 5. They were buffet only, even though the menu scanned from the QR code in our room and on the Gaylord app showed a full menu. While we enjoy Mexican food, paying $110 for 3 buffets seemed too much, so we went to the Texan Station. The amount of time we spent waiting for the bills to be corrected really put a damper on what should have been an stress-free anniversary celebration "staycation". It definitely doesn't make us want to come back for a staycation anytime soon.

My oh my this place is something else…read more.. My husband had a work conference here at the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center so we packed our bags and my toddler and I came too. I was looking into pictures of this place and was so confused as to what was the resort and what wasn't. There's no way all these pictures that look like different places can be all in one place... well my friends... it is. As we pulled up, I realized just how big this place is and I got really excited to go inside and finally figure out what's what. This place is gorgeous. Part of it looks like a lodge, part of it looks like a mall, part of it looks like a convention center... because it is, part of it looks like a hotel, part of it looks like the riverwalk, etc... and yet it all blends together seamlessly. There are 4 main restaurants, at least 2 bars, two coffee shops, one is also a marketplace, shops that sells clothes, a kids store, an arcade, a spa, a gym, a FedEx business center, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, another restaurant down the street that is also part of the resort, a water park down the street that is part of the resort... I'm FOR SURE forgetting something... or multiple somethings. There's no way to do it all in a week while also attending a conference. So we didn't hit up everything. It's okay though, my toddler mostly wanted to just walk around. Nonstop. There's plenty to see by doing that. There's a scavenger hunt that you can do, a virtual animal safari, model trains that we stopped to watch multiple times, a mini Build-A-Bear Workshop right in the middle of things... I'm telling you, this place has it all. We arrived on a Monday, left on a Friday, and didn't have enough time to do and see everything. We ate at 3 of the 4 main restaurants. We tried to eat at the Riverwalk Cantina - and I was admittedly most excited about that one. However, the first two nights they were having a buffet. We wanted to order from the menu. We said we'd come back. The third night my husband had a business meeting at the steakhouse so that was a no go. The fourth night we went down there to eat... they were closed. Getting ready for a private event. *sad face* We left the next day and never got the chance to try it out. Things are a bit pricey, but you pay a convenience fee, and the fact that they literally had everything we needed in one place without leaving the resort was just that... convenient. So I wasn't complaining, especially with a two-year-old in tow. Even the option to have food delivered to your room was great since I could order breakfast to be delivered before my kiddo woke up for the day. The room was nice. It was pretty modern and spacious. We were on the first floor so it was also convenient. We didn't have a fancy view. It was a side parking lot, but the fact that it was part of a block of rooms reserved for the conference meant that we weren't expecting a room with a view or anything. I slept comfortably, but brought my own pillow which I believe was a big part of my comfort. My husband said the typical hotel bed was too hard. It wasn't as enjoyable of a sleeping situation for him. I could've stayed longer and been just fine lol. Anyways, I know this review is very long and I'll cut it off here, but I will say that there are so many more things I could say, but you just have to experience this place for yourself. I will review the restaurants we tried separately. Texan Station Sports Bar & Grill Zeppole Old Hickory Steakhouse

The lady who managed this each morning was great, always asking if I needed anything. Amenities. The exercise room was a decent size with bike and treadmills and free weights. Pool was not the warmest, but nice to cool off in during the hot summer. It's just long enough for laps. The spa with timer was nice also, jets were not very strong, and could get crowded in the weekend evening. Service and staff. Staff are not in 24-7, they leave at a specific time, but it's late so was never a problem. They do not turn down the room every day, only on certain days, but I was informed this up front so it was also never an issue. The front desk staff in the morning (early on Thursday), in particular, was fantastic, went out of his way to help me out. There is an option of picking up a dedicated phone line to the bar and ordering drinks to be delivered but this includes a room service charge every time. They are missing a golden opportunity of having a small mobile bar situated just to the side. The inside bar area is beautiful and has a wonderful selection of spirits (especially bourbons). Breakfast was disappointing in my opinion - the continental buffet was nice but sparse on choices. And the cooked buffet was equally disappointing. The sausages surprised me by tasting like they were covered in powdered sugar (they were not labeled but were "maple " flavored). The eggs were rubbery and the bacon was "crunchy crispy". I'm sure that some people would like it but I was not one of them. I do prefer a much more savory cooked breakfast over a sweet breakfast.

However, the shuttle only runs from 7:00am-3:00pm. The facility itself looks clean on the exterior, with well- maintained grounds and is in a good area near restaurants. The staff at this Comfort Inn is overall friendly and helpful, but not too chatty. The room itself is acceptable, but not up to my expectations for the Comfort Inn name. While the beds and sheets are comfortable, and the room is overall clean, several furniture pieces need replacement or repair. Additionally, there are burned out light bulbs in the room which should have been noticed and replaced before checking in. The WiFi is acceptable, although the time limits on them are short and patrons need to login again every few hours. There is a nice breakfast in the morning, with hot offerings such as scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and waffles. The pool looks clean and well-maintained, but I did not get a chance to use it. Overall, this Comfort Inn is okay, although its standards do not seem to be at the level of most hotels under the same name I have stayed at. While this location did not meet my expectations, it certainly did meet my needs.

But last week when he stayed there someone came into his room, ignoring the do not disturb sign, moved all the things in his room around and didn't put anything back. Thankfully he had taken all of his important things with him to work. It wasn't house keeping because the room wasn't cleaned. He told the front desk and they did nothing about it. You can walk to security and connect to any terminal quickly using the DFW Skylink, which makes early flights or tight connections much easier. The rooms appear recently renovated and feel far more upscale than a typical airport hotel. Warm wood floors, modern lighting, and a well-designed layout make the space feel calm and comfortable. The bathroom was a highlight -- the freestanding soaking tub and large glass shower felt more like something you'd expect in a luxury hotel rather than an airport property. Despite being inside the airport, the room was extremely quiet. Check-in was excellent as well. Desiree at the front desk greeted us immediately with a smile and offered assistance, which made a great first impression. Traveler tip: If your flight departs from another terminal, go through security in Terminal D and use the Skylink train inside security -- it's usually faster and very easy to navigate. Overall, beautifully updated rooms, excellent service, and unbeatable convenience for anyone traveling through DFW. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great place if you do frequent business travel or need to be near this side of town. You have to consider the airport traffic also because it is attached to the airport. You can walk out to the terminals and be through tsa when you walk out of the hotel. There is a pool, restaurant, bar and fitness center. The food at the restaurant was really good. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. All options were good.
