Cute soap in the room

Great hotel as we celebrated my guys Birthday staycation here! It's a nice way to treat yourself to an upscale stay with everything you need within walking distance. We enjoyed the welcome drinks at the bar, variety in the connected Food Hall, quaint Main Street Grapevine retail shopping, food options and wine tastings as well as reservations back at the hotel for the Cave Society. If you are a wine enthusiast definitely check out the Cave Society but make sure you have reservations to guarantee entry. We will visit again and check out the Speakeasy. Side Note: Jordan at the front desk was bubbly and a joy to work with.

Gorgeous Hotel, fun for a staycation/vacation. The atmosphere and main st. area is fun and energetic. I love the food hall, such tasty food. As well as the restaurant, it is gorgeous and upscale! I haven't checked out the speak easy, but definitely be on the look out to find it!

Everything! My favorite hotel by a landslide and I'm a world traveler. If you are at the main bar hopefully you will get to be served by the rockstar bartender Rio! Please tell him I said hello. He's awesome! The entire place is amazing. I don't want to divulge everything and be a spoiler but I will tell you that the wine cave is EPIC! Enjoy!

Harvest Hall

This Grapevine landmark opened in 2020 and has revitalized the downtown area with a touch of class and elegance. We have visited the hotel several times to have a drink at their bar, Bacchus, or in the adjacent Harvest Hall. One of the managers, Dumar, has often visited with us and provided a top notch hospitality experience. He excels at his work and clearly loves it. In November 2021 we did manage to stay here one night and it was an incredible experience. The staff couldn't have made us feel more at home and the room was beautiful. Excellence is the catchphrase here and it shows on all levels.

Loved the location, the outdoor and roof top ambiance, cool aesthetic and overall look. Hotel room itself was small, wish there was another nightstand. Not sure if the autograph vibe is like super alcoholics or something - never seen the mini fridge stuffed with alcohol - couldn't even put leftovers in there which was annoying. But the hotel room was clean and the location was central.

I went to the hotel to listen to live music. I really enjoyed myself. It was my first time at the hotel. I appreciate that they have a parking garage, and the first 90-minutes are free and then a $1 each additional hour. The hotel offers live music in the Spring on Friday nights and Saturday nights. One of the hotel staff, I think he was a manager Trey, was super helpful and made sure that our fire pit was lit and allowed us to ask questions about upcoming shows and we gave him some feedback on how to make the event even better. The hotel also has a food court and a restaurant, so you have multiple options for food. I first got a drink and truffle fries from the restaurant. They were both very good. Nice portion size, and they bring the food and drinks out to you if you're sitting at an outdoor table, which was really nice. Then I went to the Food court. I chose to get a Poké bowl and a sushi roll. My friend and I shared a sweet crepe. At both of the vendors, the portion size was totally worth the price paid. The artist that played on Saturday night was Bobby Dade. He did a great job! He took requests and played a variety of different types of music. The concerts are outside, so if it's a little chilly, you'll want to bring a blanket or a jacket but it was a really nice vibe and I can't wait to go back to listen to music.

Igloo experience

We came here this weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday at their igloo holiday pop up. We started off with some drinks and appetizers inside the hotel bar area. Love the ambiance of the hotel, so cozy and charming! I ordered the tuna tartare which was delicious, and the phyllo puffs with a creamy mushroom filling that was also so yummy. We then got checked into our igloo experience and we had such a fun time! The igloos are decorated with cozy blankets, rugs, chairs, couch, and tables. They also include an outdoor speaker you can connect your phone to so you can play your own music. The experience comes with a bottle of wine and a cheese or chocolate fondue for up to 5 people. We got the cheese fondue but also ended up ordering the chocolate fondue for an additional $60 or so. The fondues were yummy and the 90 mins we had the igloo was a great time! Service was good and attentive as well. Cute idea for some holiday fun!

Food on floor at Harvest Hall. Not an isolated event. Feet slide on the dirty floor. Dirty tables in front lobby. Employees unconcerned.

We came here for an overnight stay to relax and enjoy the charming historical Grapevine area. This hotel is part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, so it's on the premium side. We were upgraded to a king suite, and the interior had a nicely decorated, artsy vibe. The suite was spacious enough for a small family. The hotel is connected to Harvest Hall, a food hall with plenty of dining options. It also has a nice bar and a fancy restaurant, making it a popular spot for locals looking for a night out. There's an outdoor area where they host live music in the evenings. Overall, the hotel meets high-end standards and is very walkable. I recommend it.

I haven't experienced the hotel yet, but I really enjoyed the Winter Wonderland experience! We came for a girl's night and chose the three-course meal and bubbles which was perfect! The service was exceptional; the igloos are so cute and decorated nicely. The food was hot and fresh, and I enjoyed the Grilled Salmon and Lemon Tart. They easily made some substitutions for my friends with no problem. Afterward, we went to the Harvest Hall, and there was live music, and I was told the cocktails were pretty good too. They also had a speakeasy as well, and paring is extremely reasonable. I was very impressed with how well-kept the hotel was and the many amenities they offered. Looking forward to staying for my next staycation!

Rustic cozy bar in the VIN hotel. Reservations are a must! Bar staff were top notch and toasted our anniversary. No food/snack offerings which I believe are needed. Even if it's a tiny charcuterie plate or nuts. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Upon entering the lobby, I was met with a weird smell that carried throughout the room. When I checked in the front desk guy was on his personal phone with someone (no big deal, I just wanted to sleep for a few). After asking for by ID, he asked for my credit card info, I politely said no. I knew it was covered by my company. He asked again & I insisted it wasn't needed. Then he finally gave me my room key. The room was large, spacious, & overall clean. The bathroom was also very spacious, but I felt the floor was dirty and sticky. Overall, I'm giving it 3.5 stars (rounding up to 4). While it wasn't terrible by any means, I'd just prefer to stay elsewhere.

It does not really stand out to me and verged a bit on disappointing, though this might have been because I was tired from traveling. The room itself must not be one of them that they picture, maybe some renovated/some not? Mine didn't feel renovated at all, instead a bit tired and run down. The shower (which had awful water pressure, barely trickles) had an ugly yellowish color scheme for its tiles. The bed is weirdly high up and medium-firm but comfortable enough. I have become spoiled by hotels that feature Netflix, YouTube, and/or other apps/services in addition to live TV. This TV was a regular TV and nothing more, which is not a huge problem itself. Even so, it was a bit jarring to see, especially since its "TV guide" channel looked straight out of the early 90s. The free shuttle is great. It makes stops anywhere people want, which is understandable, and the airport is huge, so build in some extra time. We had a bit of a scare because the driver was said to be a bit late, but we then got an update a few minutes later that the driver would be on time, and he was! Phew.

This time, Sept 2026, we were upgraded to an executive suite in the Vineyard section of the hotel. It has been recently renovated and although we did not see big differences, the rooms are clean and the views of the lake and outward from there are wonderful. The room was large and well maintained. The suite came with a king bed and a sofa bed. Both were comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The room was quiet. Overall, it was a great experience. I don't really get why the hotel has a 3 star rating. The location is very convenient to DFW Airport, although unfortunately they don't offer an airport shuttle, so plan on taking an Uber or Lyft. Check-in was a breeze. I have Marriott status and was upgraded to a beautiful suite with a separate living room and dining area, which was a very nice surprise. The room itself was a little dated, but it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lobby, atrium, and grounds are gorgeous and definitely give the property more of a resort feel than a typical convention hotel. I didn't have a chance to try any of the restaurants during my stay, so I can't comment on the food. The staff was also a highlight. Everyone I encountered was outgoing, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, a very nice stay and a great option if you're attending a convention or need to be near DFW. The lack of an airport shuttle and somewhat dated rooms keep it from being a 5-star experience for me, but I'd happily stay here again.

I didn't even get to explore all the amenities provided by this location. You have an indoor pool, hot tub, evening snacks, daily breakfast, restaurants on site that includes Starbucks, and more. You really can't go wrong with the pricing here as well. The bad: Some people go to hotels and need eye candy when they open their curtains. This place is located on Bass Pro Dr. On some floors, you will just see the roof of adjacent structures. You will see Bass Pro Shop. This is not a factor for me, but for others, this may be a negative. I did not mind my Shawshank Redemption view out my window. The ugly: The parking here is a private company that charges $20 a night. This location has a hotel shuttle that brings you to and from the airport every 30 minutes, but if you have a vehicle, you need to add this cost into your expected expenses. The bed was hard unfortunately and the linens on the bed were in needed of an upgrade. The breakfast was complementary and had a decent amount of options. The reason for my rating is the housekeeping. On Tuesday I asked housekeeping to stop by and all they did was leave towels on the table in the living room. On Wednesday, I had to speak to someone 3 separate times and beg that house keeping come around and bring new towels, take out the trash, and change the sheets. After the 3rd time I asked, someone finally came around but all they did was make the bed and replace the towels. The picture I included is a picture of a bench outside of the elevators on my floor. It sat with this food on it for the entirety of my stay and probably will. I fear that the housekeeping department is severely slacking and I question how thoroughly my room was cleaned before my arrival. I doubt the bedding was changed from the person who stayed prior to me

The hotel itself has a classy, somewhat vintage feel. The gold elevator doors and traditional interior give the property a distinctive character, and there are plenty of conference rooms and business-oriented spaces that make it well suited for business trips. Our room was okay, although it was a little dark at night. The bigger issue was the sound insulation. We could clearly hear running water, conversations from adjacent rooms, and doors being slammed throughout the evening and early morning. If you're a light sleeper, this could definitely be an issue. The front desk staff were polite, although the interactions felt a little awkward and transactional. The standout employee was the gentleman handling baggage at the front entrance. He was genuinely friendly, greeted everyone coming through the lobby, and repeatedly went out of his way to open doors for guests. He was easily the warmest and most welcoming staff member we encountered. Overall, this is a classy hotel in a convenient location if you're looking to be close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment. However, if you're specifically looking for a quiet weekend getaway to relax and decompress, this probably wouldn't be my first choice. The combination of noise from other guests and the surroundings made it difficult to get the peaceful stay we were looking for.
