Don't stay at this hotel you can't trust them! I had a family trip and a four day stay planned at this hotel. We had three rooms upon check-in. We noticed the lobby was hot. When we asked about the air they said welcome to Rome and they just work there and there was nothing they could do. After the first night some of my guess we're getting sick and when I inquired what I could do with the hotel lobby, I got the same response they just work there and there is nothing they could do so. I had to move hotels and confirmed with the front desk due to the fact they couldn't supply adequate air that they would give me a refund for the three unused nights, the hotel manager confirmed they would, and I asked her Expedia representative to confirm as well, and even though they promised to give me the refund after the trip, they refused to. There was nothing Expedia could do which ended up costing me approximately $2000. Don't be lied to or taken advantage of stay somewhere else. I moved to a NH collection hotel, and was extremely happy with all its services. Chains do have their benefits. After repeated attempts, they still refuse to honor their commitment when they perpetuated this fraud. read more
