For a $500 hotel you expect much more. The room was small and the air conditioning didn't work. The front desk blamed us and said it "isn't what you are used to in the United States". It wouldn't even turn on... I got a massage at the spa and it was the worst massage I have ever had. She was not an experienced therapist and didn't give me an even massage (missing an arm completely). We voiced this to the manager, who seems to be the owners son, and he tried to intimate us by getting in our face and telling us she has 40 years of experience and that she has given "royalty" massages. There was no way this is true. He was just a rude man with an ego issue. It was a terrible experience and I urge you to consider staying somewhere else that will treat you right.
