Wedding Disruptions: A private event dominated the property during our stay. We were woken up early by loud sound system testing in the courtyard below our room. The main bar was closed off for the event, and when we went to the restaurant for a drink, the server acted like we were an inconvenience before telling us they were full. Terrible Front Desk & Service: Staff greeted us at check-in then walked away mid-interaction. When we returned with a check-in question, the agent rudely assumed we weren't even staying at the hotel. Breakfast servers walked off mid-order. Severe Food Safety Issues: We found mold in the individual butter packs at breakfast. Staff confirmed there was even more mold in the back, and management didn't seem bothered at all. We felt unsafe eating there and canceled our dining reservations. Dirty Rooms: The shower had mold, and the hairdryer filter was caked in heavy dust. Management needs to invest in proper service training, basic quality control, and respect for their staying guests. Highly disappointing and not worth the price.
