There's a Vips on the first floor but also a lot of walkable restaurants and a La Comer, grocery store. The hotel itself was fine, nothing fancy but we weren't really there for much besides sleep. The housekeeping team came daily and refilled our water. The hotel was busy. One of my favorite features was that it doesn't have carpet. Like I said, it's not much but it got the job done and the staff was friendly.

I recommend booking with breakfast included. The food was good and service was great. The area around the hotel very good; I know many people worry about going to Mexico but I felt very safe walking around. My own thing that is challenging is the buttons for the hotel. They must be too high tech for me because I did have a couple times I just could not press correctly and it took a while.

Three people tried to help me with my bill, but no one could speak English at the front counter. The one and only time we had trouble communicating with anyone is when there was a problem on the bill. Could not have been more disappointed!!!
