Another great stay at Hotel Nyack. Angie at the front desk is always professional and courteous- she knows her stuff. If you book a non balcony room, request 419 suite. It has a beautiful view of the cemetery and is quite spacious. Always neat and clean too.

Nice hotel to come, chill, and hang out. It looks well decorated and cozy place to have celebration and reunite with friends and family. The location is alright for a getaway, but nothing much to do in Nyack area imo. The food was alright. Overall, it was an alright experience. Not the best nor the worst, just alright

Loved our stay here. The rooms are industrial and clean. High ceilings make for a cool vibe. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of the water. Staff are very friendly and had good recommendations for places to eat in town. The Palisades mall has lots of choices. Farm restaurant is standard for a hotel. Pet friendly!

on-site restaurant, Farm, which offers a fantastic happy hour from 4-6 PM. The menu was impressive, and the wild mushroom tagliatelle was absolutely delicious! I couldn't resist stealing bites of my boyfriend's braised short rib with mashed potatoes--so tender and flavorful. And let's talk about the espresso martini... hands down one of the best I've had! We ended our meal with a decadent crème brûlée cheesecake, the perfect sweet finish.

The white sangria was delicious.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a nice, quiet, break from our busy lives in New York City. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Although there wasn't any hand soap. The water pressure in the shower was mediocre and we couldn't look directly out our window because it was foggy glass on purpose. If I stood on a chair to see out the window which looked out to a graveyard and a 5G tower decorated to look like a tree! I liked the decor and the bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet too. But the last night after I finally figured out how to turn off the closet light, I realized there was a green light that would flash every 1 minutes or so on the high ceiling (so I turned the closet light back on) and then it was less obvious. In the morning there was free coffee in the lobby and these granola squares. It was also an easy walk into town where there were a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. There were a couple of things that happened that left a lukewarm taste in my mouth with the service. But they made up for it. But I just wish I could go somewhere and not be lied to. We called two days before we were planning on coming to see if the hot tub was open. The guy on the phone said yes, confirmed it and then we booked the room with him over the phone. When we arrived two days later, we got a different answer "oh no it's closed". And then different excuses as to why. The manager made it up by taking off both of our "resort fees" of $25 each. Or so I thought... Then we went to the restaurant for happy hour and got over charged for both of our drinks and then were met by excuses when they were both more than listed on the menu. I could tell the bartender knew he was in the wrong because he refused to give either of us eye contact after that and his demeanor changed. He was more passive and stopped being as friendly as before. We also ordered the chicken sliders and nachos which were both really good. So much so that I ordered the nachos again the next night but this time brought them up to our room. A little trick, if you get the food added to your hotel bill instead of paying directly you get a discount. I ordered 2 sangrias listed as $7 and was charged for house wine ($8) per drink and when I commented he said "oh it's listed differently in the system." Then why does it say $7 on the menu? And then he changed it. And then my boyfriend ordered a house cocktail ($8) but was charged ($15) per drink!! A much bigger difference and he even asked if a dark and stormy counted as a house cocktail and the guy straight up lied. Because if it wasn't included he should have said that. So... I just wish I could go somewhere and trust the menu prices were correct. After we spoke up about it, the front desk manager waived our two resort fees and gave us two cocktail tokens which was great and we felt relieved. Or so I thought. But then, when we were checking out the woman asked us how our stay was and we both said it was medium without even looking at each other and then ended up talking again again what happened and then the woman said she would waive one resort fee and we were like well, the manager told us they were both waived (I guess he didn't change anything in the computer and just lied to us) wow, we really have to be on our toes I guess huh? It's like I just want things to go smoothly and not have to speak up to be treated right. We ended up using the drink tokens in the morning for the mimosas we ordered. The waitress was nice but seemed nervous and incredibly stressed out even though in this huge restaurant there was only two other two tops (so 4 ppl) besides us. The omelette was yummy and our drinks were good. She said that the mimosas would still cost us $3 each but then came back and said they were free. So we did get some comps and that was nice! So we tipped her a little extra. Also just to mention, we still tipped the bartender well in cash the first time and later when I went back as well despite what happened. I had a nice stay overall.

Nice modern with an old school flare. Very clean, easy check in. Beds were super comfortable felt like I was sleeping on clouds I did not want to get up. Love the fact that there's lots of parking available. Great space for events, actually stayed here for an event. Drinks at the open bar were good as well.

My family and I wanted to do a staycation at this hotel for my mother's bday and it met all of our expectations. The hotel is very cozy and modern in an industrial way. Just unique. Ziya was very welcoming and attentive. Our server Kiara was very sweet and took care of our first meal at the hotel restaurant. We explored the neighborhood and it was very lovely. On our way out we had brunch and I must say the food was just great, for dinner and brunch, props to chef because dishes did not lack flavor and we enjoyed everything, our server JP for brunch was our fav, he was very lovely and hospitable. Thank you again for a lovely experience. Can't wait to be back

Although I did not have a pleasant stay at Hotel Nyack, other urbanites looking for a Hudson Valley escape might. The heated outdoor pool could be a plus if guests there act like adults and not adult actors and actresses. This hotel is not meant for children or large families. Bring earplugs due to the sometimes strange metallic night noises.

I've had my eye on this hotel for awhile now, wanting to visit the area. I ended up here for one night due to a flight cancellation in the city and now flying out of White Plains. I used points, rather than pay the $500/night they were asking. Had I paid that kind of money, this likely would've been a one star review. I was a little surprised at how close to the highway the hotel is but once inside road noise was not an issue. Upon arrival, I was initial impressed with the hotel and staff. I have Globalist status with Hyatt and they upgraded my room and provided a goody bag as well. The junior suite I was given was large, clean and quiet; the most important things for me in a hotel. Once I spent a little more time in the room and hotel the experience went downhill a bit. The room has some very odd aspects to it. My room had frosted windows so you could not look outside. Wall outlets are plenty but not in spots you need them. There wasn't an alarm clock or any type of clock in the room. Several light switches are in the room, some are hidden. The light was on in shelving of the fridge/coffee maker area but I never could figure out how to turn it off. I went back down to the front desk in the evening because I need a tooth brush, but they were out. I found this odd since they're charging $500 a night. I also asked for suggestions of things to do in town on a Saturday or Sunday morning and I was given a very basic brochure of nearby places that offer guests discounts. No real knowledge of the area of was given. In the morning breakfast was good. They had a limited menu and a buffet. The buffet was $22. I had a couple questions in the morning for the front desk but again limited and vague info was provided even when asked about hotel specifics. In the end, I'm glad I only used points for the stay, as it was fine for one night. I wouldn't pay what they were asking if I had to do it again. If you can get a good price, this place is worth a stay but while it tries to pass itself off as high-end, the rooms and staff are not that level.

Stayed over night (so close to Palisades Mall) going to Rockland Bakery tomorrow for Christmas breads and pastries. This is probably our third or fourth time staying at Hotel Nyack. Our stay was great from the start. We were checked in by a girl with the same name as Me (Samantha) which was cool! Our room was on the 4th floor with a balcony. There is a cute barn door as entrance to the bathroom. The ceilings are amazing and high / cathedral. When You can get this hotel for around $200 a night its a great deal.

The hotel features awful warehouse design, extra noisy rooms, and is vastly overpriced.

Note- party planning review. Went here on Saturday February…read more1st with my family to look at places to book my dad's 60th birthday party. As a family, we also been here years ago for a family birthday party. We actually were early for our appointment with tommy i think. He was also very nice, and explained their offerings and why they have certain charges. He answered all our questions in a polite manner. There are 2 rooms in this place, one is a downstairs, and there is also an upstairs. What room is booked depends on your party size. The main room upstairs is so beautiful, with views of the tappan zee bridge (or mario cuomo bridge). there is also a little bar in the room where one can get the alcohol. With the view, i thought it was very nice. Restrooms were clean but only had 2 stalls. Unfortunately we decided on another venue, but if there's another party to plan, may consider this venue!

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for making my daughter's wedding day absolutely beautiful…read moreand truly memorable. From the moment we booked the venue, Angelo and Tommy made the entire process stress-free. As the big day approached, their organization and attention to detail ensured everything ran perfectly smoothly. The room was breathtaking, the food was outstanding, and the entire atmosphere was magical. Audrey, the maître d', brought such calmness and grace to the day, she made both my daughter and me feel so special from start to finish. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how stunning the view was and how wonderful the whole experience felt. What a special job you all have, helping create moments and memories that will last a lifetime. I would wholeheartedly recommend your venue to anyone looking for a truly magical wedding day.
