    DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
    Roman L.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had in my entire life. Honestly the entire staff acts as if you are a nuisance to them. Ever since we arrived they were questioning us about everyone. They only allow 2 people per room even if it's a double bed. They questioned us about our luggage and kept insisting that we had too many people when in fact we had 2 people per room and half our group was staying somewhere else. They said we had too much luggage for just 4 people which is ridiculous because we are on a 14 day vacation. We left our bags around 11 AM, then when we arrived for check in they insisted that our bags were for the rest of our group. They said if our names weren't on our bags they would give them to the police. This hotel is such a travesty I hope to God none of you stay here.

I have never stayed in a Courtyard Miramar hotel but the pictures online shows beautiful rooms and the space looks huge. I was recommended by Priceline that this was one of the best hotel in this particular area. How truly wrong they are and the false depiction of this hotel. I was paying $220 per night which is not a cheap price and as soon as I walked in I was shocked to the bone. The room is so small and dingy that I wanted to immediately walk out because I was horrified! The bathroom, in my opinion, and for the price they charge, should be luxurious with plenty of counter space. There was non and it looks like I had walked in to a cheap motel. The bathtub is stained, the toilet seat wouldn't stay opened because the back of the toilet is under the counter and this would block the top from staying opened. It would also stay opened because it was cheap and plastic. The TV was antiquated and at first didn't have any channels. When I needed towels or anything else I had to beg the staff at the front desk for them to bring me anything. There is no complimentary breakfast or anything for free. They charged $20 day for valet parking. The air conditioner was regulated and it would run for five minutes and wouldn't turn on for another hour. I was hot and miserable! The only lamp in the room was always tilting to the side. The outside of the hotel was so scary! People doing drugs and so many homeless people asking for money. We couldn't go out at night. I don't know who is supposed to check on the staff and how they're running things but someone from corporate should do a surprise visit. I want my $1200 back that I paid for 4 days!!

Older Hotel , clean large rooms. Great personnel. Limited parking space . Air conditioning is awesome and king size bed was a little hard.Across the street there is a good burger place with craft beer, open air seating. Thanks Osvaldo for retrieving mt IPhone . Good value for price.

Cute boutique hotel located in Miramar. Complimentary breakfast included at the restaurant downstairs, the options were omelette or scrambled eggs with bacon and toast. There may have been another option for meat but I can't remember. There is also a rooftop area which had a wonderful view. Although the hotel isn't beach front it's a quick cab/Uber ride to Condado and Old San Juan.

They are in the middle of renovations, but the room was exceptionally clean. I would stay there again.

They recommended so many amazing places to eat and shop, in and out of the property. The prices for food on the property were reasonable and there were a lot of different options for food choices. The big Concha restaurant on the property is absolutely gorgeous at night but it is a bit pricier than the other food options on the property. There are 4 pool ameneties you can choose from, with one being adults only. I loved that you have the different pool options. However, I wish the pools were bigger. I felt like it made more sense to have fewer pools but, bigger to fit more people but, we were comfortable in each. The beach is beautiful and every day there were plenty of surfers riding the high tide waves. It wasn't the best beach for swimming since the tide was so high and waves were really strong but, lifeguards are on the property to help those who have trouble getting in and out. We stayed close to shore to prevent any accidents and enjoyed watching surfers ride the waves each day.

The only logical explanation is that this policy makes the room prices appear to cost about $200 a night less than the real charges. Otherwise, why not just raise the advertised price by 20%? There is no doubt the property is in a gorgeous location, sitting directly on the ocean. The buildings are in good condition and the staff is courteous. But, I experienced several shortfalls compared to my expectations for this price point. The suites are provided a "butler," but the available hours are 10am to 6pm. The service would be more accurately described as a concierge. Bringing coffee in the morning is not on the list of duties, nor assisting with unpacking or packing or other typical butler activities. Sending out laundry the day before my departure, I asked to have it folded so it would be easier to pack. Everything came back on hangers. My room did not receive turn-down service and fresh towels during the third night of my stay. I asked to have a car booked to the airport from the hotel. The butler got it backwards and booked it from the airport to the hotel. Good thing that I took a close look at the confirmation and noticed the routing was backwards. The breakfast restaurant, Ola, is extremely crowded in the morning with a 30 to 60 minute wait being typical in my experience. The front of the property is in a skeevy neighborhood so walking somewhere else for breakfast isn't a realistic option. It's not bad, but also not a top tier. property.

Everything we wanted to go see was within walking distance. Literally no more than 8mins away. I immediately return to the lobby because I noticed I was charged twice and ALSO the room they initially assigned me smelled of mold and was never cleaned (juice stains everywhere and random hair pieces in the sink.) when I complained about the smelled Marceles stated the smell was common throughout the island. When I spoke to her in Spanish and said "no the fuck it's not.". She quickly got quiet because she assumed I was a first time tourist or something. But also who says that? I asked to have a manager escort me to the new room so that we can observe the cleanliness together. The manager apologized. I then asked about the duplicate charge and she promised to refund the money and repeatedly apologized, offering that Marselles was new and still needed training. Okay, whatever. I was only staying for one night. It doesn't end there. The next morning at around 8am, the cleaner knocks on the door like she was police and asked about cleaning. I said it was too early and that my checkout was later on in the day. She had attitude. The worst part about this is that the cleaners were blasting music up and down the hallways and when I showed the manager the video, she seemed shocked. But everything was " we never do this. This is the first time"...whatever. They had a nice bar on the rooftop but it was blasting cold air on a rainy night. It felt like an icebox. Bartender nice. She made nice mint juleps but the "Jack Daniels" bottle was filled with a different type of whiskey because it did NOT taste the same. I promise you. They didn't even acknowledge or include my Marriott Bonvoy membership. Because of the chaotic mess, the manager said she would waive the incidental and hotel fees and guess what, I was still charged that. I called Marriott so quickly and filed a report. Worst Marriott stay ever. Now I have to go through corporate to get a refund by sending emails and waiting on investigation to start. The room for one night was over $500. They charged me twice resulting in over $1000 for a hot mess of a stay.
