Similar to hotels in town, they pick you up from the train station which is nice. They provide you with a glass of beer or wine while they check you in. We got the FOCUS suite on the fourth floor which is quite nice. While they seemed friendly, I didn't feel like it was completely genuine. Maybe just the fact that that is the Swiss mentality, I'm not sure. The thing that really bothered me was the breakfast, some might say, what breakfast? Each day, I would go downstairs in about 10 o'clock since breakfast is until 1030, and there really wasn't anything left. I think they put out the breakfast until 930 whatever is still there at 10:30, have at it. So each day, there were no eggs, bacon, sausage, and minimal bread left. On a positive note, the view is pretty nice. If you were planning on having your breakfast at 7:30 then I would say this is a good place to stay. read more
