Secondly, if an item is not scanning on the app, look at the numbers on the DC price tag and look for the percentage sign printout with the same number on the bottom corner. Expect that items will be in a hot mess at times, and they get moved by people. Look at the truck times. It seems to be the next day when everything gets put on the floor. The staff were very kind, the woman in front of me needed assistance with her items and the gentleman at the counter offered it to her without being asked. The furniture selection here is not a bargain - it's primarily new furniture at good prices for new. I was hoping to see more used furniture for sale, but the items they had were pretty nice. They also have a selection of mattresses and box springs ranging from twin up. The parking lot isn't huge, but it's navigable.

I was having a great day and always love shopping at this store. I don't know what is wrong with people that feel so entitled to be complete jerks to strangers. The lady behind the desk asked my infant daughters' name. I told her Koa's name... after she asked for it and she looked disgusted. She kept rolling out insults even after seeing how shocked I was. I explained to her that my husband does beautiful wood working and we named her after a tree. This jerk said "you seriously named her after a tree... wow... ok... she is going to hate that when she is 15 that's for sure." It kept going and going. I kept my mouth shut and just wanted to go home. My husband couldn't believe it and called the store- no one answered of course. A woman of that age should have better manners and respect for people who did nothing to provoke her. Especially at work, I am just shocked. A costumer coming in as I was leaving was so kind to me and could tell I was upset. I will now go out of my way to shop somewhere else to avoid that miserable woman. Even for being busy, I didn't hear anyone being rushed. One lady took quite some time, tried on a few shoes, but then ended up saying she wasn't ready to get shoes today. The person helping her was super awesome about it, no pressure, no big deal. I loved it. Mackenzie asked us what we were looking for and as we explained where we had challenges, she was great at asking questions to make sure she understood. She had us walk so she could see if we pronated, etc. Mackenzie brought out several different brands, with different drop levels. She was so incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time she spent helping pick the right running shoe. First time coming here, but will absolutely come back!
