This is the coolest little souvenir shop & boutique on the Santa Rosa island! They have some very nice Beachy clothing for ladies & men, plus tons of beach gear, totes, hats, & flip flops! They also have tons of local crafts & locally made goodies like soaps & candles. We found all kinds of stuff we loved! I even found a pair of the oversized rose colored aviator sunglasses with the pink mirrored lenses. Moi fave! Bought the last pair they had in the pink. "La Vie en rose" OuiOui. I've been to this store a few times and each visit, I find something I have to buy. They pack a lot into this place. My favorite area is the clothing. They have pretty dresses, cover ups, and more. They have regular t-shirts too, but if you're looking for something unique on the beach, stop here. The service is friendly and they appeal to all shoppers. Definitely worth the stop. The green hibiscus cover up featured in my photos is the item I bought on my last visit. Only $29! The material is super soft and it's as beautiful on me as it was on the hanger. read more

We actually went here twice during our stay at the beach. The location was convenient to our hotel, being just across the street. That convenience is costly however, since things cost almost double of other stores we visited. Both times we bought something from here it was because we wanted it relatively quickly and didnt want to bother to load the kids into the car and take a much longer trip somewhere else. Staff was nice. Store does have quite a bit of local artist items that is likely not available at other stores. I think that it is worth a visit, just know that if you are getting a "common" beach item then you will overpay. read more

I came to this store today and was so excited about my finds. Left and went back to room only to look at my treasures and examine my receipt to see that they over charged me by almost $100!!! I quickly went back to the store arriving at exactly 643pm and the door was locked. I motioned for the girl inside letting her know that I was over charged. It was visibly obvious that she was mad that she had to come to the door. She said she would not let me in to refund my money and that it was not her problem. NOT YOUR PROBLEM? REALLY? I quickly remi der her that it was her problem as she worked there. She said I could just come back and let the manager handle it tomorrow after not even addressing me properly (speaking to the person that was with me who wasn't even talking to her, instead of me) She was so rude and arrogant. Never even apologizing for the mistake. I have had some bad service before but this tops it all! When I asked her name she was so sarcastic and snarky. And now... I can't even go there tomorrow. How many others have they done this too and the person never noticed til they got home. For me... I am from Dallas Texas. Well I can't go tomorrow because I already have reservations somewhere before they even open. I am beyond frustrated!!! If you are the owner or Angelica reading this... you should reconsider Sarah in her position (speaking as a manager myself) ***update*** Went to store today, Angelica could have careless that I was treated so poorly. When I explained to her I was not upset that the accident happened, I was upset at how I came 2 mins before they closed and was treated so poorly from Sarah she said "yeah it's just best refund all of it" and "why did it take you do long to come to the store today". i'm amazed that this store is still open. The owner and staff are rude, condescending, arrogant and apparently not interested in keeping their customers. Perhaps they don't understand that the local people keep them open in the winter and the locals are "discouraged" when they are promised a refund and then do not receive it. Also, it does not help to call them liars. Just a word of advice. Don't shop here. read more

My husband purchased a gift for me (clothing) and was worried about it either fitting me or if I would like it so he asked the sales person if he could return it. He was told there was a five day return policy. When he went in to return it because it did not fit and was told by the sales person that no one in the store would have told him that and promptly had the manager come oout. The manager told him that he was a liar and wanted him to leave her store and never come back. Trust me we will never visit this store again. We are locals and like to support local businesses. Not sure how this place stays open. read more

I am leaving my review here for anyone that will see and find useful. My sister and I had left three reviews (because they kept being deleted on Facebook) and now the review option is completely disabled. I hope this review will be taken with heart. I have shopped at this store since they first opened here on Pensacola beach. I am a native to this area and the beach is my heart and soul. I grew up out here. It gives me great peace. Any store that humiliates and embarrasses its customers for trying on clothing- and not buying it! Does not deserve To do business in our community. She confronted us as we walked to her with 3 pieces of clothing total to try on and proceeded to tell us that we always try on so many clothes and never buy!! I don't have to say that was a lie! She would not let us try on the clothes. And also, in front of my six year old son!! That asks to go here every time we are at the beach. The store owner, Angelika, verbally confronts and or attacks, whichever suits your fancy, upon entering the store. I've seen her with my own eyes how she has treated customers and I thought to myself, "man I'm glad we know her and she isn't treating us like that!" She literally hovers and stalks customers in her glorious store. Why? I wondered if it was because of theft but obviously that is not the reason seeing how she just treated my sister and I. I am a local artisan of handmade hemp jewelry. I adored Angelika because of her kindness and wanted to show her my gratefulness toward her so I gifted her with an anklet that I made to show her my gratitude. She was Always so nice. These stores that come into our community from elsewhere or maybe should I say foreigners, no disrespect, need to have respect for their customers! We keep YOU in business! If it wasn't for us you wouldn't be here! Not everybody has the money to just go into stores and buy whatever they want. The items that are being bought sometimes become very personal. They become attached to personal memories in some cases. I WILL be here to see the prosperity of this store, granted I will never return, but I will see the day this store closes its doors. From previous reviewers I can see it wont be long. I surely hope you will take heed to my word and understand that you should not keep ungrateful, rude, owners in business. This is my hometown.
