I got a gift card from a friend and decided to use it finally after so many years. I ac try ally got lost trying to find this place. The GPS took me to the back side of the hotel. I parked on the street in a 3 hours parking spot. My appointment was at 9 am and I was the first one at the spa. The place was very clean and smaller than I expected. The robes they provided were nice and soft and the slippers were pretty standard issued. I reserved the strawberry rhubarb massage. My massage therapist also provided aroma therapy in the smell of grapefruit and tangerine! The oil used smelled so good I wanted to eat it! I had a 50 min massage and I would come back to this spa. It is 1.5 hours away from home, but not too far! I did not enjoy the rest of the amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi. I highly recommend you check this spa out if you are in the city of Healdsburg!

The staff is great. The location is great. The room was clean. But for the price I would expect the amenities to be much better. The fitness room is small and the equipment is inadequate. Very similar to a chain motel fitness room. The parking is a problem. The valets are great but overwhelmed on the weekends. To park yourself you will be walking a couple blocks to and from your spot in a public lot. The bathroom shower has no door. It looks cool but is impractical. Water goes everywhere and you are always cold in there. The lobby is misleading in pictures. Looks grand but is very meh. The continental breakfast was subpar. American hotels always drop the ball with breakfast and this one was blah.

We really enjoyed our stay this Past weekend. The room was a great size and bed was comfortable. Also lots of little perks bottled water in the room, nuts and chips that are all complementary, and every night you get a little homemade snack from the hotel. The location of Healdsburg to all of the wineries are also amazing I think the the longest drive was 30 minutes. Granted we did not go all the way into deep Sonoma or all the way to Napa that would've been probably 45 minutes to an hour. Hotel Healdsburg is also located right downtown Healdsburg so there were really cute restaurants all around the Square always had music playing and a great coffee shop right around the corner

We left our unbelievable glamping experience at Wild Haven to spend the perfect day at the Spa at Hotel Healdsburg. It was such a warm and friendly environment. Holly gave me a glorious massage in a peaceful room with relaxing music, hot stones, weighted blankets and lovely aromas. My husband was very pleased with his massage from Julia. He said she worked out all the knots. After the massage we spent the remainder of the day out by the pool and enjoying the Jacuzzi. We had wine and lunch poolside ordered directly through the pool attendant who delivered it from Pizzando. We had a yummy pizza Margherita, an excellent calamari and my husband will never forget the fried artichoke and dipping sauce, that he devoured. The ladies locker room was immaculate with all the amenities were provided. And by that, I mean that I could have come there with no toiletries of my own and had everything I needed, not just a bougie robe and slippers and a blow dryer but everything! I did buy some Eminence products from the spa store and they had an amazing collection to choose from. They also had a beautiful selection of swimwear and coverups. Jasmine, at the front desk was very informative, attentive, and professional. A very special shout out to Nina the spa Director, who's attention to every detail made this pampering experience a day to remember. We will be back to Healdsburg next year for glamping and pampering.

The man can truly cook. We've tried a variety of his dishes, and each one shows such intention, from the flavor profiles to the textures; and everything is always beautifully presented. It never misses. His congee is absolutely to die for, and those thinly sliced pork pieces with crisped skin and tender, juicy meat are a standout every single time. Check out that pic of burger he made for us for burger week! You can really taste the quality, especially knowing he uses fresh vegetables straight from the garden on the property. That is farm-to-table at its finest. On one of our visits, we stayed in a suite above the restaurant, which made the whole experience even more special. It was so nice to head upstairs after dinner and fully relax in our own space. Our room was stocked with thoughtful treats upon arrival, and we had access to the most beautiful private gym. The pool area is stunning, and we loved riding the bikes they provide to explore the property. I would absolutely stay here again. Everywhere you go, there's curated art to enjoy, which adds such a unique and elevated touch. They also host special events throughout the year. We especially love their summer movie nights, lounging on the lawn with fresh popcorn, wine, and Red Vines is such a vibe. All in all, our experience started with the restaurant and kept us coming back for more. It's made even more special by the team, who consistently make us feel so welcomed every time we visit. Thank you for always spoiling us, Chef. We are so grateful for you. Your talent and skill truly shine, and The Madrona is lucky to have you. See you again soon!

The friendly employee told us a bit about the hotel as we were checked in and we got our keys. Our room was facing the interior courtyard as most of the rooms here are. We had a gas fireplace in the room which would come in handy during the cooler times of the year. We also had a little balcony which was great. I thought it might be a little noisy during the day or at night with people in the courtyard down below but it really wasn't an issue. The room had a nice clean bathroom with a fairly large shower. Double sinks as well which is always nice. The bed was comfortable, however when we checked in there was a large tear in one of the bed sheets. I called down to get it replaced, unfortunately housekeeping had already gone home. The front desk person offered to change the sheets for us, but we did that ourselves. The hotel has some wine tasting nights, though I'm not really sure how consistent they are. We didn't partake, but it may be available. They do have self service laundry available at the sister hotel which is right across the parking lot. The detergent is sold in a vending machine near the laundry room. There is lots of parking (you need a tag displayed in your car) and you can access the rooms either by stairs or elevator. Just a little ways down from the hotel you'll find a great trail that goes into town along a little stream which I really enjoyed. I enjoyed our stay at The Lodge and would recommend it. It's in a great location with lots to do around town.

But he definitely doesn't bring the brand any good recognition on service or professionalism. My stay: I am a minority but don't look at myself that way but obviously Elliot did. He seemed to be a West County Boy (west Sonoma County) lacquered in something other than kindness. He intentionally denied my checkin as a Diamond Member and never acknowledged me as such. I know the line in Hilton: " Thank You For being a Diamond Member....". Fast forward to 5 pm. Elliot still not letting me check in. I'm waiting in the lobby being super quiet and obviously aware of his tactics. Another person, female, comes by and ask me if the could help. I say yes I'm trying to check in. She says "Yes there are other rooms available would you like to check in". Of course I quickly take her offer and check in. I ask the housekeeping, where do you get ice? She says the front desk. I go back and guess who is there? Yup Elliot He says "OH yeah I will get you ice " . He goes around the front desk so I cannot see him. I hear him grunt out a big loogie as he cleared his throat rummaging with the ice scooper. Well at that point, I drive to the store to buy my own ice. True story The other thing which was also very odd about this Tapestry Hilton were the holes in the towels. As ai waiting in the pool area, several other guests called to complain about holes in all the towels at the pool. Later once I entered my room, I noticed the same thing. All of the bath large towels had holes. Odd... And the phish is walking way far away from West County Elliot.....

All that said, there were a few service touchpoints that felt out of step with a Michelin three-star and #1 La Liste experience. My husband and I were hosting local friends to celebrate a major milestone of theirs. I had pre-ordered and pre-authorized Champagne to be ready on the terrace upon arrival. Instead, we were led to our seats, handed beverage menus, and asked for our order -- I shouldn't have had to remind the restaurant of an arrangement I'd made in advance. Worse, after we'd already taken our first sips, a server tried to top off my glass from another table's bottle of Champagne. These things happen, but it reads as sloppy and unprepared for an establishment of this level. Once we moved into the dining room, things were looking up -- until the wine glasses arrived. Two of the four had to be sent back for a soapy smell. That's simply not acceptable at a three-star establishment. It's a shame these lapses colored the experience this way because at this price point and with these accolades, I expected more. Instead I'm left thinking back to the Charlie Trotter's two stars and wondering what kind of curve Michelin might be using.
