Super close to the train station in Cannes and this hotel is surrounded by restaurants, a few bars, and a grocery market. Lots of shopping to do around here too. Close to the beach and the Cannes theatre where everyone is anyone is there.
The hotel is pretty easy to find it even has a sign that faces towards you, rather than having to to every wall and face it to see if your hotel is there. It is pretty quiet around here so that's nice.
The rooms itself could be way better for what you pay. I stayed in an en suite twin bedroom, and the bed was comfy and I had lovely, maybe goose down ?, pillows, working AC, and since the room was so small it got it to cool down quick, the bathroom needs way more lighting, the shower/tub is in the corner with barely any lighting, the toilet seat felt like I was going to fall off if I moved the wrong way, aka sitting on it lol, it scared me!
They do have a lift. The guy is super nice and they have a sign at check in telling you all the languages they speak, they have a tv, they did give 2 shampoo and soap mixed together but I would like a solid soap so I could wash my hands with it. At night, I could hear everyone that walked up the stairs with the creaks. So at night it makes it difficult to fall asleep.
In the end, I would only recommend this hotel if you are here for a couple of days maximum. Especially if you come with a significant other, split the bill for something nicer. I came by myself and was only here for less than 24 hours before my next stop. So if you are out the whole time, which you should be it's Cannes!, then stay here. read more
