Every time they connected it the breaker tripped. They said the problem was on my end. I sent the electrician back out and every checked out. They still insisted it was my problem and wanted the electrician to change the breaker (even though it checked out fine). I paid an extra $200 for the breaker to be changed and the same problem persisted. On day three they finally sent another technician. Within 30 minutes he identified the hot tub had the wrong dip switch setting. It was set for European 50 HZ instead of American 60 HZ. Robert clearly knows his stuff - answered all of my questions and when they had finished, they now blow way harder than before and much colder (and now cleaner, too!). Previously, NO ONE would even touch or respond to my need for mini split maintenance, but HNR is now the only company I will use. They were amazing and efficient, and especially can't be beat for the price. Thank you so much, guys - meeting you was most certainly a blessing.
