Pending on my schedule, I go between seeing Suzanna and Heidi - they're both amazing. The only downside to this location is the parking which I know the studio has minimal to no control over. The Coconut Creek Promenade is sparse when it comes to street parking and with new restaurants opening and a busy Starbucks just a few doors down, it can be hard to find a spot in a pinch. For that reason, I always get there 10 minutes early because I never know if I'll get lucky and find a spot immediately or have to drive around a few times before I can snag one.

I call a few days before cruise and learn the service was scheduled for a few hours later. I go to the gym, grocery store, home for a shower, and pop a maximum strength IBUPROFEN. I'm just getting prepared to not be able to walk (the issue I had at the last place I tried 4 months earlier)! Easily park, walk in and welcomed. Waiting room is clean and bright. Person at desk tells me about website issue and bathroom in the back. Makes it easier to be nosy and see it's just as clean throughout and no one is screaming their guts outs as a walk the hall. I empty my nervous bladder, wash and baby wipe myself, then tuck my panties in my purse before going back to front. My person greets me and quickly takes me back. I layback and for a minute twitch cause I except to put my feet in stirrups. I'm talked into a yoga move and a few calming touches with a perfectly tempered waxing stripe I'm relaxed. My phone alarm goes off killing the vibe. MY person - we've bonded - asks to pass my purse. I agree and grab my phone out while they continue great service. I was in pain a few seconds that quickly goes away by the time I'm told to turn over and hold my cheeks apart. I felt as good as a new dress with pockets when I'm done and panties roll smoothly back on. I tip my person. I'm in my car when I get another alarm goes off. Somehow I called the last person that called me on WhatsApp and record a video to include the one time that I ooooohhhh shhhhiiittt when hairs were pulled from the root. It was a wonderful time! Only thing on video were images of my feet and one leg. No pubes in sight. It hadn't sent! But I will now add muting calls and alarms before I go back for more great service.

I would gladly return to both of them based on the quality of their work. Unfortunately, there were a few things about the overall experience that left me disappointed. First, I was surprised that different people handled the color, haircut, and shampoo. That means potentially tipping three different people on top of already fairly high service prices. I had also been told that the shampoo experience included an arm and shoulder massage. The shampoo room was very spa-like, but it was extremely cold, and no massage was offered, which was disappointing. My bigger concern was at checkout. My total was initially quoted as $218, then I was later told it was actually $225. I also purchased a travel-size product for approximately $18 and had a $50 coupon, but the final amount I was given was $193, which still did not seem to add up clearly. I was then told there was an additional fee for paying by credit card. I had not been told about this beforehand, although I was told there was a sign posted. I also was not aware that receipts were only emailed rather than provided at checkout. Between the services and tips -- $30 each for my colorist and stylist and $5 for the shampoo assistant -- this became a fairly expensive visit, so I expected the checkout process and pricing to be much clearer. I really wanted this to become my regular salon because I was extremely happy with both Jennifer and Hillary. Unfortunately, the confusing billing, unexpected card fee, and overall pricing left me feeling disappointed. My advice to anyone visiting would be to ask for a full breakdown of prices, fees, and how the services are divided before your appointment, so there are no surprises at checkout.

I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results.
